off topic but i have a problem similar to that. if im in even just the heat for a little too long, it causes me to feel light headed, my ear start ringing super loud, and my vision goes black. its caused me to have a seizure before.
i havent seen many people talk about it, and seeing that my #1 asmrtist kinda goes through the same thing makes me so happy that im not alone.

Go get checked for hot urticaria or any immune system disorder. I have the same symptoms and have it.
Might be iron deficiency it’s really common in recent times if that’s the case it’s nothing major u should just get some iron tablets and it’ll make u feel better in the day
