It's probably because they couldn't release a lot of trailers/promotion since the plot was mostly under the wraps due to spoilers, but if anything the lack of content hyped us up more

never saw a cast with more chemistry, their interviews are literally the most fun to watch. but then again, they kinda grew up together and were great friends from the beginning. jacob and tom even lived together for a while. the friendship really translates well to the screen.

@@ellaelliott4415 Zendaya is too popular to keep her away from this franchise forever. She has to come back at some point. It doesn’t have to be in the next movie; let Peter finally have his own solo adventure. But maybe a few movies down the line. If they play their cards right, having MJ and/or Ned remember Peter can be as big of an emotional moment as something like Tony’s funeral.

I could not stop laughing at their reactions to their auditions, especially Tom’s and Jacob’s. Also, their friendship is so precious and pure that I absolutely love it.💕💕💕💕💕

Watching each of the auditions, you can tell why they all got casted. Zendaya was perfectly chilled which is MJ. Jacob was so sweet and when he broke character was very Ned. And then Tom, I mean…come on! Perfect casting
Tom has to be best version of Peter we ever got, take off the nostalgia cap and watch him in action.

There's a lot of both that confidence of Peter from the comics and the kinda awkward charisma/flamboyant hand movements of Andrew in Tom's audition. Its really well done, you can definitely tell he's a fan of the comics as is.

Tom really is the perfect Spider-Man. Marvel made the right decision to include him in the cast. Of course, Zandeya and Jacob are also a perfect match for their characters :)
