    Peggy Shepard and WEACT are just amazing, they have been able to capture and verbalize not just the problems but effectively implement the solutions that are the cures. I had never heard of scarfice zones before this video, when clearly they exist - even on Staten Island. Amazing and well done.

      moving costs money. money that many people don't have. living in low-income areas exposed to environmental hazards may be the only property that many families can afford. i'm sure if they could "move away from them" they would.
