I created my own breathing style here it is
Soul breathing
1st form: spinning regret
Either a vertical horizontal or oblique slash carried out while the user is spinning
2nd form: serpents grasp
The user charges forward with different slashes of there choice while ending white a downward slash
3rd form: continual sorrow
Three consecutive horizontal slashes
4th form:levans dance
The user inflicts many lighting fast shallow cuts in the opponents body to inflict pain
5th form:benevolent blow
A forward stab
6th form: immortal serenation mirage
The user moves at lighting fast speeds to create after images of himself to confuse the demon
7th form: dance of the eight realm kabuki
The three forms grand bloom sacred fir and boom snare
Grand bloom is 6slashes in each direction using the attributes of the flower breathing
sacred fire similar to total calm destroys all procectiles in a 10ft radius
boom snare similar to sound breathing crests an explosion so loud it leave the opponent immobile for a time
8th form: soul speed
an extremely fast charge in any direction while the user performs a horizontal slash
9th form: raging waves wrath of the river styx
basically constant flux but with the water from the river styx
10 form immortal bask
The user slashes in such a way that it separates every ligament in the body ever so slightly to greatly increase speed and mobility
11th form:unending wrath
changes grip on sword so that the opponent experiences pain so bad it continues on into the after life
12th form: Tartarus
Changes grip on sword to inflict great pain and slow down of even completely stop the regeneration process of a demon
13th form: Hades sacrifice
Transfers your soul into a dead corpse essentially bringing it back to life at the cost of your own life ( assuming this is possible in demon slayer)
I made another one as well it’s a derivative from soul breathing. Ice breathing and it’s based off of lowering the users body temperature
1st form frostbite
A quick horizontal slash
2nd form whiteout
User moves at blinding speeds to confuse opponents and ends with a strike to the neck
3rd form deep lotus, cold snap, sacred wave
User performs a backflip botw style and strikes the opponent with a spinning attack
4th form early spring, remnant snow
The user performs four slashes one in each direction to deflect attacks
5th form shining snow
The user performs three consecutive slashes toward the opponents neck and head
6th form glaciate
A powerful and quick forward stab
7th form freezing point
User slashes the opponent 4 times each in different parts of the body extremely quickly
8th form mjölnir ice
Use builds momentum by striking other objects until one final blow so strong if it lands on a demons neck it can explode their head
9nth form absolute zero
Lowers the users body temperature significantly it gives the user great speed and power but the user can be harmed if used to often

I saw a few people having their own breathing styles, I'll tell yall about mine, its called light breathing and it has these forms:
1st form - lightspeed slashes: the user teleports infront or behind the demon and slice it 5 billion times in total and the attack happens in a micro second only.
2nd form - bright disk: the user creates a deatructive circle around him which expands from 10 meters to 5 kilometers. The user should be very careful since it can destroy the strongest materials in its way even enemies and alies.
3rd form: blinding vortex: the user creates a vortex out of thin air and can be launched at the enemi, the user should be cautious when throwing it using an air slash using the katana.
4th form - sun's core: the user's blade turns white from the extreem heat of 15 million degrees celcius and the user's body temperature reaches 6000 degrees celcius and the attacks from the past forms doubles in speed and the 4th form is actually controlable blinding air slashes
5th form - lightspeed times 100 : the user becomes faster than light by 100 times(it is the 1st form but the teleportation happens more frequently)
6th and 7th form are like 2nd and 3rd but required using 4th form to access since they are more destructive.
8th form - the embodiment of light: same as 4 th form but with the heats multiplying by 1000 times and the blade becomes brighter.
9th form - pure destruction: all forms done in the order of 1st form>> 8th form. The user should awaken this ability by a constant flow state or the form will be a bit harmful. If the user was capable of awakening the 9th form, he will be able to unlock a violet aura(like beerus's aura(from dbs)) which regenerates himself from lethal injiuries and multiplies the user's power depending on his rage and flow state.
This breathing style requires more phisycal strength than the requirement for stone breathing by 10 times. For the breathing style to reach its full potential the user needs constant flow state(non- fictional ultra instinct) or it will be ineffective.

*My own Breathing Style: Angel Breathing*
First Form: Ariel Flying Strike
(The user charges up an attack, before unsheathing their sword and rapidly flies forward at high speeds slicing anything in its way almost instantly. )
Second Form: Deadly Angel Cascade
(The user takes a deep breathe in before unsheathes their sword and proceed to quickly slice in front of them while also leaving an afterimage of the slashes allowing multiple strikes at once.)
Third Form: Afterimage Rendering
(The user will concentrate on their constant speed before quickly moving around the area leaving afterimages and then will proceed to strike the enemy all at once.)
Fourth Form: Vanishing Strike Attack
(The user will concentrate on the enemy’s movements. Upon finding an opening, the user will vanish behind the opponent and performs a quick strike at their neck.)
Fifth Form: Holy Angel: Flying Wings Dance
(The user will lift up their sword before charging it up with a holy effect before blitzing forward and knocks the enemy in the air and proceeds to unleash a flurry of slashes as the slashes create a resemblance of Angel wings and then proceeds to sheathe their sword, cutting the enemy into pieces.)
Sixth Form: Holy Angel: Divine Slash
(the user charges their sword with a holy effect before striking downwards dealing great damage. Upon impact on the ground, it will create a shockwave sending anything nearby back)
Seventh Form: Holy Angel Flying Shockwaves
(the user will lift their sword and then proceed to send shockwaves forward, expanding as they fly and cutting through everything.)
Eighth Form: Holy Angel: Devastating Blockade Barrage
(The user will spin their sword and then proceed to rapidly slash in all directions, perfect for deflecting multiple attacks from multiple enemies..)
Ninth Form: Death Slash
(The user will quickly stab the enemy in the heart, temporarily stunning them. The user will proceed to vanish behind them and uses all their energy and power into the swing of their sword, having a devastating impact upon slashing them. This move is almost a guaranteed kill, with the cost of depleting all your energy so it’s best to use this as a last resort.)

I created my own breathing it has 5 forms
Shadow breathing
Form 1 shadow lunge:hide in the shadow while launching rapid lunges
Form 2 shadow blizzard: freezes the enemy in place and burns their feet.
Form 3 shadow clones: makes decoy clones of the user that can also attack
Form 4 shadow pluck: flys like a butterfly stings like a bee.
Form 5 constant speed: user travels faster in the shadows enemy’s can’t see where your arms and sword are.

Two blue stars mix together giving the user enough energy and power to go half way through upper mons or behind then if their unlucky

Galaxy's are made of stars if they die the galaxy does so the user uses all they're power and energy to release a devastating place or multiple slashs even neutrons and elctron s Basically enough to kill muzan but my oc was about to use it against tanjiro(when he was a demon king) but passed out in the result of dying bc he received devastating blows that can kill a human but my oc ate a little if a demon meaning he could regenerate
Star breathing needs 2 sword to mimic it but sometimes if couldn't even come close to 1 sword so if use 1 sword your almost as good at the first star user which was bob but really his name was Bob but he's not my oc hope you like it and he helped take out Akaza

I would create my own breathing style
Name: Eclipse Breathing (蝕むしばの呼こ吸きゅう Mushiba no Kokyū), a direct derivative of moon and sun breathing combined. It has 15 Phases(forms)
Phases(forms)
First Form: Solar-Lunar Unison (壱いちノ型かた 金きん鳥う玉ぎょく兎と Ichi no Kata: Kin'u Gyokuto) - To perform this move, the user does a spin slash and then a horizontal slash.
Second Form: Spatial Rift (弐にノ型かた 乾けん坤こんの境きょう地ち Ni no Kata: Kenkon no Kyōchi) - This move is a singular downward slash that gets more powerful if done while coming down from a jump.
Third Form: Obscured Light (参さんノ型かた 隠かくれ光びかり San no Kata: Kakurebikari) - The move is a circular slash that can deflect attack. It's performed similarly to Burning Bones, Summer Sun.
Fourth Form: Umbral Slash (肆しノ型かた 本影ほんえい斬撃ざんげき Shi no Kata: Hon'ei Zangeki) - This move is a singular slash in any direction. It gets more powerful if done from behind the enemy.
Fifth Form: Shadow Mist (伍ごノ型かた 影かげ曇くもり Go no Kata: Kagekumori) - This move is a spin slash that scatters black mist around the area, temporarily or permanently blinding the opponent. The effect is changed by how fast and how hard the opponent slashes. The faster and harder, the better the effect.
Sixth Form: Obsidian Ray (陸ろくノ型かた 黒こく曜よう線せん Roku no Kata: Kokuyōsen) - This move is a 180 horizontal slash at the opponent.
Seventh Form: Destiny Compass (漆しちノ型かた 宿しゅく命めい磁じ石しゃく Shichi no Kata: Shukumei Jishaku) - This move is used at the beginning or early in a battle and is similar to Destructive Death: Compass Needle in how it's used. The user readies themselves, clears their mind, focuses on the opponent, increases their spatial awareness, and controls their breathing.
Eighth Form: Chaos Spiral (捌はちノ型かた 混こん乱らんの渦うず巻まき Hachi no Kata: Konran no Uzumaki) -This is a diagonal spin slash with the blade facing diagonally downward while rushing forward. This is mainly used on the ground but can be used in midair or in place. When used in midair, the user stays in place.
Ninth Form: Talon of the Yatagarasu (玖くノ型かた 八や咫た烏がらすの鉤かぎ爪つめ Ku no Kata: Yatagarasu no Kagitsume) - This move is similar to the Second Form of Wind Breathing, Claws-Purifying Wind in how it's performed. The user raises their weapon above their right shoulder then slashes diagonally forward.
Tenth Form: Inverted Parhelion (拾じゅうノ型かた 逆さかさ幻げん日じつ Jū no Kata: Sakasa Genjitsu) - This move is a 360° degree slash in midair similar to Hinokami Kagura: Clear Blue Sky.
