I like it but if the showing of the clip bother you, they also have silver which would blend in better. I like this idea!

The final product looks nice. If you want to elevate the look, you can do a box-style valance at the top to “cover up” the hooks and make it look more elevated, or if you want to do this, swap out the hooks for silver, or spray-paint the hooks white.

honestly, curtains & blinds should go hand in hand, & it should be up to the homeowner to get either vertical or horizontal blinds

Okay hint measures the blinds with the curtains mark them then pleat them with starch spray an u thank me later u will have blinds but its fabric very nearly done

I did this. Looks good. I used bed sheet for now. However the hooks I ordered from amz had a flat hook and get stuck on blind rod 🫤
