Would you consider getting your bunny a partner? Rabbits are very social animals and live in large groups in the wild. Their live basically revolves around sleeping, eating and interacting with each other. A human cannot replace a bunny partner since imitating social, nursing and warning behaviors is impossible for us

I can imagine my rabbits would do the exact same thing with this- eat everything, including the maze itself, and then not cooperate at all 😂😂

It's such a dilemma. If the maze is not high enough, they can just hop in and out. Too high, the bunnies may feel trapped. I feel you!

Lulu is 11 years old so she is a senior bunny and she also has arthritis so she cant do it

I saw a rabbit at a pet supply store today, and it SURPRISINGLY seemed well-cared for. It was a decent-sized enclosure, about 2x4 feet, had a big litterbox, water bowl, but its faults were that it also had a bottle, and the hay was far from the litter box, and there wasn't a huge amount of it. I wish I could have gotten it. Oh and I was at that pet supply store to get food for my dogs.

Bunnicula was like that with the first dig box I made her...took several times of just leaving it out in the middle of the room with her before she'd even get into it by herself. Although now, she has one right beside my bed where a night stand would usually go and another under her dad's living room "work chair" so she can get her dig on while he's getting work done.😊

Hey! Here are a few things you can mention :
1. The fluctuating temperature outdoors can harm your rabbit. (They can get a heat stroke if it gets too hot)
2. There are illnesses that bunnies get outside from certain insect bites.
3. If there are predators likes foxes around then that is another possible threat to rabbits
4. It's not always easy to monitor your rabbit and watch out for signs of illness if they live outdoors.

Would you recommend getting a second rabbit after my rabbit is spayed or just have one?
Rabbits live in colonies in the wild so it's recommended to have two or more, I think it's also illegal to have only one rabbit in some countries because of this. So obviously you should get a second rabbit.
Edit: If the spayed rabbit is a male you shouldn't put him together with a female right away since males aren't fully sterile before the wound is healed (google it, I don't remember the exactly how long it takes) and they can also rip the wound open when playing or fighting if it isn't fully healed.
