Our recent stay at The Chariot Hikkaduwa Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. This recently renovated luxury hotel, located in the heart of Hikkaduwa town, offers an impeccable blend of comfort and elegance. Easily accessible, you can reach the hotel via the Dodangoda Highway exit or by getting down at the Hikkaduwa train station.
The Chariot boasts four distinct room categories to cater to various group sizes and preferences. The Royal Suite, accommodating up to 5 guests, is the epitome of luxury, while the Retreat Suite, suitable for 4 guests, offers a serene escape. For smaller groups, the Superior Double and Superior Triple rooms provide cozy yet sophisticated lodging. With only 8 rooms available, the hotel ensures an intimate and personalized experience, comfortably hosting up to 22 guests if you book the entire property.
Culinary delights are a highlight at The Chariot. The food is delectable, with the banana fritter being a must-try. The poolside bar is perfect for enjoying a cocktail in a relaxed atmosphere. For those looking to host a private gathering, the rooftop BBQ area is an excellent choice, offering a unique setting for parties.
