i have a daughter and she is 9yrs old now ALHAMDULILLAH. when she was 6yrs old she always saw me watching mufti menk in this channel and shes starting asking me why i always watching mufti menk and i explain her why. And after a few days i was shock when my daughter told me that she want to marry mufti menk😁 subhanallah.

I have been a Muslim for one year now, literally two days ago, and tomorrow is actually my birthday to a number that my (non-Muslim) family tried to make me celebrate. And I told them no and was sitting alone in my mom’s office last Christmas and yes, it’s very hard to practice Islam and I still don’t know what Ramadan actually is, and I wasn’t even aware of that it’s two Eid. And the Masjid here are not allowing women to come.
And yea it’s very good with brothers like these, because it’s so hard to learn about Islam and also to be called crazy or ignorant due to not support lgbtq etc.
But Alhamdulillah, I have learned how to pray and recite Quran (not too well, but still) using those kids tutorials for wudu and Salah.
The cat question was Mashallah great, because my cat is now 12 years old and she is literally all I have, in terms of living creatures that I can see, in my life. So I am so thankful and happy to have found this channel so I can see what Islam is supposed to be.
And in sha Allah I will be able to take part in it too.

We learn so much from reverts, they see our deen in a purer way. It's so good to keep in a reverts company. My friend is a revert and in his early days as a Muslim, my imaan increased so much. I also learn from him all the time.

You know what I'm very happy to see the sheikh pointing this out. We all tend to forget that he's a human being and like he said one with limited capacity or capability. He's amazing but he's also amazingly human. We have to start reading our Islamic books again and study these important texts. A lot of this knowledge that these people provide to us can be found on our own if we would just simply read and study.

And I also want to say that we need to do better with our relationships with each other locally. A lot of us Muslims know who Mufti Menk is and his whereabouts, but we don't know anything about our local Imams or our elders who spend time, day in and day out, taking care of the masjids that we visit. I see that a lot also. Our local masjid hardly receives any visitors and no one seems to take care of it because they feel that they get everything that they need online.

As a new Muslim, it's really difficult for me to read and pray in Arabic, difficult to recite verses in Arabic. Is it okay if I pray in English or in some other language? Wish I could ask this.
There short chapiters that you can begin with in memorization,they may help you in your lonely prayers.i think you can make effort atleast to memorize the first chapiter before others bcoz in your lonely prayers even if you should recite it only your prayers will be accepted
masha'Allah. I'm a revert too. It took me only a few months to memorize Arabic for Salah. Daily I would repeat certain surahs also, until I remembered. Repetition is key. I made dua'a for Allah to make it easy for me to remember. The rest is history 😃 My personal experience was, simply try. Allah SWT, sees your intention. I used an app called step by step Salah which helped me alot. How are you finding things besides difficult remembering Arabic?

No this is not Ok. You have to Pray in Arabic.
@@zohaibkhanzada6583 surahs have to be in Arabic but you can make du'aa in which is your mother tongue.
