That sure was one pretty waterfall and what a nice lush walk into it as well. A real long drive there but the lads sure seemed to enjoy it, especially with a playground there too, cheers Alan
Well it wasnt to far to get there about 2.5 hours but then after that it was like 6 hours, this was part of our roadtrip across the country so we have to put some miles on the suv :)
What a beautiful park. Loved the trail (so green). That water fall is gorgeous.
Yeah we went in July, so it was very green good time to go, not to hot and the waterfalls made a natural a/c haha
Lovely spot to break your journey. Looked a wonderful short hike to stretch legs on a long drive day. Opportunity to learn as well as enjoy those lovely waterfalls. Best wishes from the UK.

You are so welcome!
I loved watching this video. Nice waterfalls and so relaxing. I enjoy visiting Chattanooga so this would not be a long drive at all.
You would love it!! So many waterfalls 😀
That's a great park. We did a TN waterfall tour with some friends a couple years ago. They took us to several amazing falls. We didn't do this one, though. So much to see in Tennessee. It's a beautiful state. Thanks for sharing.
That sounds awesome, we love waterfalls!! Yes TN is a beautiful state, glad to show you somewhere new, and the campsites looked secluded!
Boy sure wished I could go !😊❤
lol I bet you do :)
Next time I'm in Tennessee I need to check out some of the beautiful parks. I took archaeology in university and I am such a nerd when it comes to places like this. Forts AND waterfalls and hiking? How perfect! Beautiful waterfalls. Love those old stone walls that are surrounded by vibrant green trees. Beautiful trail! Beautiful spot for a picnic lunch. Can't wait to see the rest of your road trip from Florida to Vancouver! Wow what a huge distance!
lol thanks Meg! Yes it was a long roadtrip :) We gave ourselves 10 days to get there before we hoped on a cruise :)
Looked a great day out Melissa fee with all those cool things to do (a camp would be awesome there ⛺️)
Best wishes to you and yours
Simon 🤠👍
Thanks Simon! To you as well, Happy Sunday!!
