Curious about people living in Zakanje and Jurovski Brod close to Slovenia. If they had a medical emergency can they go to a hospital in Novo Mesto or must they go to Karlovac or Zagreb? I know when we lived in Slunj, we had Croatian medical insurance, but we also had the Plavu Karticu so that we can get medical care in any of the EU countries in case of emergency or if we happen to be traveling somewhere in EU. I don't know if there is still a Blue Card or not there. Great video, by the way. Did you mount your camera on the roof of the car?
Hi, indeed very interesting question, I live also in the EU and I can get emergency treatment everywhere, but for normal doctors appointments I can do it just in my country. I suppose it is the same situation here, but maybe someone living there can answer the question.
lijepa bivsa jugoslavija. all looks the same slovenija croatia bosnia serbia macedonia montenegro. i live in netherlands and everytime in the past when we go to bosnia with car, As soon as we past austria and came in slovenia i felt like i was already in bosnia.
Hi, as these newly formed countries were for a long time part of Yugoslavia, they look quite similar, however I find that there are differences between them, and the differences are growing. Slovenia looks more developed than the other countries, and also Croatia is doing nice progress after joining the EU. Tourism in Croatia is also a big income opportunity, that Bosnia or Serbia are not having, leading to a better life for the people there (at least financially), for the ones living near the coast.
@@roadsexplore yeah thats true, but Bosnia has much more village life and oldschool life with horses on the road still. I prefer Bosnia because i know how living is in EU here in Netherlands
You said the Slovenian police asked for passports. I assume you are Croatian. Would they accept the Croatian Residency Card or OIB-a too, or must it be the passport?
