Hi Charles - I have no doubt your Cape Horn 75 will take you anywhere in any seas. Cape Horn's motto "First in Safety, Safety First" didn't incorporate the phrase, "and in comfort and luxury too!" I look forward to seeing your video. You have a great ship - enjoy! Judy Waldman
Congratulations Mister Chuck Neville, You are "The Best" in Motor Yacht project and Construction. Yours Boats as Mega Boats at great ship Level. The interiors of your Boats: Very good Taste, sobriety and functionality and practicity. Very very very WEll!!!!! Thankyou, Mister Neville My eyes thanks You. At Majora!
I love Cape Horn yachts. It's very unfortunate they aren't building anymore. There are precious few builders that build a boat this strong & safe. I am sure there are a few others but Citadel,All Seas,Custom Steel Boats & Molokai Straight are the only ones I can think of off hand that make a quality steel boat in this size range. All those companies are very small builders with just a few boats built. It's sad to see Cape Horn isn't building anymore as they were the leader in this class of boat
Peter Sever gets credit for the video, as well as the yachts ;-) While I look forward to seeing yours, the video I want to see is of the Cape Horn that was in Phuket during the tsunami - rolled and self-righted! I have numerous Cape Horn survival testaments where owners felt if not for a Cape Horn, life and/or property would have been seriously damaged or lost. Too bad none were captured on video. Let me know if you want the stories some day. Anxiously awaiting your video. Judy
Unfortunately I don't have more videos. M/V Cowboy, a CH 65. was recently seen on the intro scenes to a CSI Miami show. Keep saving - one day a 10% deposit will buy you a sea trial and a survey and you can post your own video ;-) Judy
Judy, what a tease this video is. I have followed Cape Horn pretty much from peter's begining. I wish I could afford one but not at this time. Do you have more video to upload?
She is a beauty! but fuel burn has to come down, the FBP 64 has a astonishing fuel record, but I like the roomy trawlers a lot more. Recon you can't have both cookies. :-)
That's sea state 6/7? Seriously? I've served on war ships in the USN for years and this is barely chop. Nice boat, you really don't need to hype the sea condition.
I heard they went out of business. Boats were not selling. Does anyone know for sure? I love the concept but the interior needed a lot of work. Wife did not like it either.
Peter built about 1-2 boats a year. He built a boat for his family named "Eden" to cruise the world, others saw it and had him build boats for them, that is how he started the Co.. His boats were built for safety first, not glitz & glamor. One of his boats was in Phuket Thailand when the Tsunami hit was one of a couple boats left floating & operational. He sold the company to some people that wanted him to build them a couple boats with ideas he didn't like (remember safety first), he had all the fabricating connections and they offered him a great deal, they bought the Co. and built their boats.

The stabilizers took pretty much all the roll out it...very nice.
Everything said about Cape Horn boats are absolutelt positively correct. Look into their line of craft.

this is my dream boat..
I have completed 15 successful Cape Horn sales. Would be glad to help you fulfill your dream ;-) Judy
I would have liked to have seen more of the boat and less of the ocean.
I would have loved to see the interior, are there any more vids? This boat has a metal hull right?
Ever hear of microphone wind screens?

5:22: Maybe you should take a look at the beaufort scale again sailor. You might end up in real 35-42 kt. winds some day ;-)

Typical of Judy Waldman full of lies.
I was on a tin can in 1951 and we were going up and down on 40 ft swell's , the tin can was the USS Isherwood DD 520 .

She seems a little bow heavy and the thruster housing and anchor position are kind of scary close for me other then that i do like that style
16 Metric Feet???????? is 4.8 meters
Tsk Tsk it's noting. Wind Ca. 13 ind cekend 👀🤣🇩🇰
I wondered myself but as far as I can tell, they were great boat builders bud not so good at running a business.
