Vital People: Volunteers make the 161st Victoria Highland Games possible

The 161st annual Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival take place this weekend! They're the longest continually running Highland Games in North America. And they wouldn't be possible without incredibly dedicated volunteers. Watch more in this week's Vital People, on CHEK News.
