youve been producing a lot of quality content man! I like how you look into more unknown and niche players and your analysis is deep, very reminiscent of thinking basketball.
How did "Baby Wemby" fall to 15th overall in one of the worst draft classes in recent memory? Makes no sense - Miami Heat dark arts magic strikes again.
Calling him Baby Wemby when Wemby is barely older than him is hilarious lol. It is true that it's funny how the Heat managed to find another gem outside the lottery again.
You forgot they still have Bam, who’s an overpaid bum that holds this team back from its full potential. They can legit trade Bam for young players and picks and start Jovic next to Ware which is a better fit.
@@SRT_DRE Did you forget Bam is the most versatile defender in the league? Bam is worth every penny. You need to pay more attention to his game. He's been kind of off this year compared to the last ones, but he's still a top 5 center.
@@michaelahurtlol very true. Spoelstra is by far the best coach in the league IMO. I really don’t think it’s even close tbh. The man turns undrafted players into quality starters playing significant minutes during long playoff runs. If I was a young nba player I’d do whatever it took to get to the heat. Pretty much guaranteed they’ll get the best out of you
@@Romanus- More a budding team at this stage, quite clear from their FO they don't go all out and are content with just being a perennial playoff team making the odd deep run. They are suitable for superstars, especially post "Big 3" - Bron/Bosh/D wade era
@@michaelahurtRight. Miami put way more effort into developing players no matter if they picked number one or undrafted. It's at least 4 undrafted players earned nice contracts from playing with Miami in last two years and Max Strus the only one showing out when he get an opportunity
Miami drafting is elite! Our young guys make dumb choices when you watch them on the floor but the talent is there! Jovic, ware, and JJJ will blow up once they get more reps. And tyler breaking out to all star level too and the Heat will be a contender again. Sad to see Jimmy go in this ugly way but the future is bright in these dark times!
I love this kid. He’s a crazy rim protector and it feels like whenever he challenges a shot he’s either going to pin it or alter it. With his elite rim protection he gives Bam the opportunity to roam on defense and lock down star players. Not to mention his constant lob threat and sharpshooting
Ok, so I'm going to show my age here, but the best player I've ever seen at tracking the ball for blocks was Larry Nance when he was with the Cavs. Watching this breakdown I am having some serious Richfield Colosseum flashbacks. This kid is fundamentally sound as a rim protector, and I love it as a semi-boomer fan. Keep it up K.Ware! (You too with these deep dive videos)
Great video. Ware is exciting for sure. I think he’ll probably separate himself as the only real choice for rookie of the year by the end of the season. The 2 man game he has with Jovic has already looked unguardable, with Jovic being an abnormally skilled ball handler and facilitator for a 6’10” guy. They are 20-21 years old, so I think they can develop into something dominant as they continue to add nuance to the chemistry they have. Plus they will get bigger, stronger, and more physical. They have already made great gains on that front. Tyler Herro also plays really well with both of them, and I think that 3 man group could really develop into something great for the Heat, being that they are all 3 level scorers with insane positional size and all three play with attitude. I want them to play Keshad next to them, as he is another insane athlete/lob threat that can hit the 3 at a reasonable rate and can defend at a really high level. Keshad will clean up on rebounds and weak side blocks, and if Ware can develop that extra pass to a cutting Keshad, the Heat will finally have a really explosive, fun-to-watch half court offense. We are all tired of the small ball, we’re all tired of Bam picking up his dribble and having to bail himself out with inefficient midrange jumpers. We’re tired of lack of athleticism. Tired of all the shot clock violations. So Ware, Jovic, and Tyler have just been a great breath of fresh air, even as the team is clearly bad right now…there’s the makings of something afresh that can be better than anything they’ve had since the Big 3. I personally think they should tank the rest of the year and throw their hats in the Cooper Flagg sweepstakes, cause if you can put him out there with Jovic and Ware , I don’t think there would be any stopping them after very little maturing. Even if you don’t land Cooper Flagg there are plenty of other awesome talents in this upcoming draft class to add to this extremely promising young core.
i had him ranked around 10-12 as far as draft projection. i thought that was still low for him… amazing athleticism, questions about his love for the game. sometimes you have to take a chance on raw talent.
Been knew he was gonna be good, watched him during summer league and told my friends he’s like a baby demarcus cousins offensively and Hassan Whiteside defensively
Very agile big springy too he caught a regular back door lob dude looked like a monster at probably half jump strength he got a good base to build from
Great breakdown. I saw a future allstar looking at his highlights on draft night. He's already improved a lot halfway through his rookie season. Young bull nice.
nice look! I've noticed he's moving around with more intention since coming back from G league. You can really tell they put a huge emphasis on that. He had this weird tendency to not "look" like he was moving with purpose, or just running back at full speed to get back on D. Really noticing him move into position quicker and his feet seem to be moving a lot faster. Love the future outlook for him.
Miami got a gem in ware, i wanted my raptors to draft him, we could use a big to either back up or replace poeltl in future. Looked even more amazing when i seen him play and cant lie am a little jealous
do you think he will be in the starting line up going forward. I have too many centers on my fantasy team and have to drop either him, Hartenstein or, Nick Richards. help I can't decide.
I added bam in my, with Duren and Claxton. He's been the best center for me the last 5 games. He's going to start . Miami needs his defensive and block abilities. Plus he gets steals and makes 3. This guy once he gets a post game and better handles will be a fantasy sleeper. Miamj
can we get a Peyton Watson video? he's genuinely one of the most ridiculous shot blocking wings I have ever seen. And he's also so much more than just a shot blocker, although it's his best skill
Saw every game of him. Although I am very optimistic, I think the video overestimates some of his qualities. He doesn’t have any handle potential and for sure doesn’t have any touch around the rim. Otherwise, I think the video is spot on! Great content!
i love the content but the projection of Myles Turner isnt as good one for me personally, Myles relies on too much P&R and catch and shoot, which Indiana wants from their bigs, i think his projection is a lot closer to home because of our schemes in Miami he projects to me as a 7 foot Bam, thus freeing Bam up to roam and then once he gets his professional handle and passing IQ, Bam will be our roamer and Ke’lel would be our paint protector/ball handler and offense runthrougher (official turm)
@@bby_plut0 My projection of Myles Turner was specifically talking about the development of Ware’s post game, nothing else. Sorry if I wasn’t clear enough about that!
