I never had it before but I'm assuming people our sauce on it and eat the whipped cream with a spoon first then eat the waffle and whatever is left from the whipped cream. I might be wrong though
im assuming theres a reason they specified its "milk whipped cream" as in its not cream at all, just whipped milk(somehow). when you take all the air out of it, it probably seems like a more reasonable amount.

It does look overwhelming but from my experience waffle cream in south korea is just different. In a very good way. The cream they use or make is really really really good! I’m craving for it 👌🏼🙌🏻
