Excellent stuff, lives up to my expectations. LCRZ has to be the best PSB fan remixer. This mix is faithful to the original but still fresh and unique, you can tell he respects the source material. Love the use of samples too as someone else pointed out.

The song is too melancholic for the dance mix, I'd pay more attention to the atmosphere, like you did in The Dictator Decides. Nevertheless, great work as always.
@Steven Lear this is the question of song perception, it makes no sense to argue. to me it's quite melancholic, but you can perceive it as a wedding march. maybe if I get some likes that would mean that the opinion prevail
Aw come on, the vibe of Introspective is totally about dance mixes.
I never really thought of this song as melancholic, it has that thundering baseline.
With that said, I still think even if the vibe of the remix didn't match the original, I love that. I love the remixes that shift the original into a new gear. Like the Moby mix of Miserablism or Chris Lowe's Ambient mix of Home & Dry, or Thee Maddkatt Courtship 80 mix for IDKWYWBICGIA.
Oh well, we can all have our viewpoints.

How can a remix "destroy the original" ? The original is still in life, you can listen to it. The remix can change it, and you like it or not, but this way of viewing things is totally displaced.
It's like you don't know the history of remixes. The ones that are close to the original are not always the best ones, and for some big hits, we know better the (very different) remix than the original.
Last idea : also even "the original" doesn't really mean a thing. When you see the life of a song, starting from its demos, those can be much more different from the official release version than the remixes... So you see, all this is very relative.
