Just a few corrections, if you don't mind:
"Estos vídeos ESTÁN cambiando mi percepción de México para BIEN".
In this case the verb BE (in Spanish "SER o ESTAR") takes the form of "ESTAR", and in Spanish we always say "PARA BIEN" (for the best), "PARA MAL" (for the worst).

Me gusta la idea de cocinar porque sabes lo que hay dentro de tu comida. Además, es más auténtico reunirse en el apartamento de otra persona y cocinar algo que ir a una cafetería y soportar todo el ruido.
Me gusta cocinar julienne y algunos platos simples, como fideos caseros y sopa de arroz con caldo de pollo.
Los platos más importantes en Rusia son las gachas de trigo sarraceno (sin leche) y las gachas de avena. Además, el borscht, las chuletas, las albóndigas y los dumplings son muy populares.

Como buena nutricionista, a mi me gusta cocinar. Cocinar la lasana y las ensaladas me quedan mejor. Mi familia es de china, entonces los platillos mas importantes en mi vida son el "atole de arroz" (rice porridge) y los pescados a la parilla.

Love your videos, but it would be so nice if you only supplied subtitles in spanish, and then let people put on english subtitles via the youtube settings if they want to. I feel I learn a lot more only having spanish subtitles available, not getting distracted by the english :)
