I rode it 50000km so far since September 11, 2016 till date, apart from engine refinement & fuel economy nothing in this bike to talk about: Switch gear are not ergonomically placed and of poor quality, you need cleaning every now and then. OE chain sprocket and chain lock will support you maximum 15000-18000km. You can feel even 5 mm undulations on handle and seat, ride is very jarring if your city is not blessed with butter smooth roads. Headlight and it's fairing will keep playing orchestra for you, no matter how many times and how well you fix it. Stock tires will not provide sufficient grip under emergency braking situations so either you upgrade them or expect for some dramatic braking through this bike. Over all not a very pleasing or well engineered equipment.

Suspension, pickup, mileage, engine smoothness, comfort are top notch in Glamour and is a perfect family bike. When compared with Shine, shine excels only in pickup and nothing more when compared with Glamour.

I have a 2018 model bs4 shine. right now I feel I could have pitched in little more money and gone for 5 gear 150 cc bikes. also i came across some problems like slight head gasket leak and false neutral. it feel unstable and stressed above 45 kmph.

Dino sir, i had a new honda shine cbs (purchased in april 2019) and completed about 700 kms till date. Upto 45 kmph the overall bike is silent and smooth, but after gaining 50 kmph and further , the bike starts vibrating and level of vibration increases with increase in speed. Is it normal with such new bike? I had also done 1st service @ 500 kms and spoke with honda service center regarding the issue. They said that it is due to new engine, once the bike completes 5000 kms, the above issue will be no more. Is this truth?

If you maintain your bike, it will give you the mileage of 54 - 56 kmpl with out any effort. And you are talking about the chain sprocket, let me inform you that honda has already sorted out this issue by using low maintenance chain to this new variant. And dino bhai has already informed that to this video! Coming to the last point, vibration! Yes, it feels bit vibe after the speed of 60 kmph, and don't know whether honda has sorted out this issue or not!
