He's trying to say in a nice way he's seen some real assholes at McDonald's treating an overworked underpaid employee like scum. Everyone should be required to do that kind of work for 6 months in their life so they'll show some understanding and patience. Its just a burger (coffee, shirt, whatever retail job it is) it's not that serious I wish my biggest problem in life was my stupid food was screwed up.
