I played Catherine a long time ago. Now, I'm taking a music class and learned about Baroque music, Bach, etc. Then I played the game a few days ago. Now, it feels like I'm drinking something different even if it's the same drink. lol
I LOVE the story of this game, it’s like a multiple choice anime. Ever since watching theRadBrad played it. It feels real yet at the same time not you know?
+GhostKing-Di-Angelo if you really wanted to get technical, when the quote was said by Arnold Swartzenager or w/e his name is there is no discernible difference between how he says back and how Bach is pronounced.
Oh goodness, how wonderful this whole soundtrack is! It's so modern yet sounds like the olden times. And it fits the game perfectly. The excellent plot, the characters, the style, the puzzles and this soundtrack made this one of my fave games of all times. I recommend this to anyone wanting to pass a good time with a video game. Thanks for uploading this!
Hm... ok, heres a list of games that've used this song: Rhythm thief- En guard, Jean-François / Megaman legends- Vs Juno / Mad Father- Madness and now I come to find thay Cathrine has also used this song XD
When I was a baby if my parents put on bach I'd stop what I was doing to listen, and even as a late teen/adult I pause the game when this song comes on to listen through
hehe i remember hearing this lots in college, then i hear it while playing the game and this version totally kicks ass. nice to see music like this being mixed into games in such a new interesting fashion..
I discovered symphonic/orchestral rock through Roll Over Beethoven and coming back to these, I realize that's kinda what these are too. Wish these went on for longer before they looped but I understand that's the essence of video game music
Best puzzle and best story of 2012 with a nomination for graphics and sound. Very original with a few surprises and addictive gameplay. Abit short but very sweet. A solid 8/10 in my opinion.
I listened to the original when I was like 7 and this piece actually didn't stand out that much to me but this remix made me like the piece a lot more. Another favourite of mine is Farandole though I've always been a fan of the original.
@Supacharger93 : and despite the few minutes of screen time megaman Juno had. His version of "Bach Little Fugue in G Minor" is still my favorite version of the song. although I definetly love the catherine version as well.

I felt the same way when I heard this song in Shrek
We always come back to the classics, no?
Yessir
I love this song.
Mad Father made me love it, and Catherine just furthered my love for it.
Same my man, same
This is the only remix I could find, that keeps it being a fugue.
megaman legends 1 would like a word with u
MML would like to thank you for remembering it.
and Rhythm Thief!
Shrek 4

I'll be Bach.
+Anton K Bach isn't pronounced like back, so this wordplay doesn't make any sense
+GhostKing-Di-Angelo if you really wanted to get technical, when the quote was said by Arnold Swartzenager or w/e his name is there is no discernible difference between how he says back and how Bach is pronounced.
+Douglas Shreckengaust If you want to get technical, he typed it.
+GhostKing-Di-Angelo who cares? it's a joke and pretty much 365% of people in my school say that
There can't be more than 100% of the people in your school, so your sentence doesn't make any sense.
Found this by looking up "Shrek in G Minor"
This was the 2nd result that came up.
Orchestrating this piece was fucking genius. Kudos Atlus.
Easily my favourite remix/interpretation of Bach fugue in g minor!
The Little, Fugue in G minor is my all time favorite classical piece, I absolutely love the fact that it's in this game.
Bach still going strong!
Bach is a Genius. I love this fugue. I wish to have a organ in here to play all day long...
So I saw the ad for Catherine Fullbody and IMMEDIATELY RECOGNISED THIS PIECE
My GOD THIS REMIX IS GOOD

you do know this was written by Bach over 200 years ago and not by some gamer who never leaves his bedroom don't you?
Hm... ok, heres a list of games that've used this song: Rhythm thief- En guard, Jean-François / Megaman legends- Vs Juno / Mad Father- Madness

SoulTheShinyEevee2000 RHYTHM THIEF IS MY SMOL CHILD THAT NEEDS PROTECTION (ಥ_ಥ)
y e s
This theme is real good at conveying tension
I mean it's epic melody
Digimon Dawn Dusk used this too, if you buy Dark thems BGM for your Digi Farm
When I was a baby if my parents put on bach I'd stop what I was doing to listen, and even as a late teen/adult I pause the game when this song comes on to listen through
this sountrack is just awesome! and the game is a master piece!
Love Bach, love Catherine, love this song.
Thanks for uploading it and providing a download link.
I listen to it all the time on my ipod. [:
HO DAMN, I love the little fugue, and then one of my most anticipated games up and includes it in its soundtrack?
Oh god I love Atlus sometimes.
hehe i remember hearing this lots in college, then i hear it while playing the game and this version totally kicks ass. nice to see music like this being mixed into games in such a new interesting fashion..
I have been looking for this, thank you!
A puzzle game that REALLY challenges your mind... this would be the game for you. that and an awesome epic story

Pretty chill song.
My, oh my... This is so perfect!
Came looking for bach. Wasn't looking for that thumbnail
My god this is as beautiful as the original.
Amazing ost
Thanks, i have been searching this for many times... >w<
@msoutspokenoutcast: This track plays during "The Inquisition" stage.
Pretty fitting as it sounds like you’re inside a courtroom with the judge and jury towering over you.
I discovered symphonic/orchestral rock through Roll Over Beethoven and coming back to these, I realize that's kinda what these are too. Wish these went on for longer before they looped but I understand that's the essence of video game music
MAD FATHER OMG
Love it!!! 💕💕💕
I came looking for the actually song and this is the shit honestly I’m so glad somebody did this
I was shocked when I heard Catherine had this song just when I was playing Rockman dash which has the same song at the last boss.
ah perfect, im so glad im getting the soundtrack. cant wait for this amazing game
love how this arrangement gives a marching rhythm
Been in love with this song for years. Then Catherine comes around and blows my fuckin' mind.
The child has appeared

i was soooooo upsest with this game that these songs bring back memories last year.
First Little Fugue from Megaman Juno's theme, then this fugue and just today I discovered Ai no fugue, that piece of music gets around.
I always like listening to this during rainy days, tho for some reason not as good when it's nighttime.
Bach... what a genius
God i love this soundtrack
congratulations, you have won the internet
>.> The government won't let me download this beautiful song. Damn it all.
I love you, and your Megaman references.
???
When a Classical Listener knows nothing about whatever this is...
Well...how is it? Does it do a good job of sounding like the original while being unique?
Yep
Baroque Listener, you uneducated swine
This fugue is used in so many animes, japanese games, etc.
This piece is one of my favorites, and Atlus did a really good job of adapting it, but I'm still partial to other versions.
Oh HO YEAH! I played it through once at a friends house. Its one of the best games I've ever played! Go! Get it! Get it NOW!
Oh hell yeah...you got a subscriber.
I love this track I love this track I love this track
good.. thamks
Am I alone when I say that I didn't discover this song through this game? I'd known about, then found this version, and loved it!
I found it via Megaman Legends
i found it via an anime opening XDD (Jikuu Tenshou Nazca)
O.O I'm playing this duet for flute. This game has some amazing remixes.
This is the best track form Catherine I've heard, bar the msuic that plays in the Stray Sheep
I remember this from megaman legends when you fight juno really got me hyped as fook
I hope so :D he was my favourite character :)
*checks back seat in shock*
SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPP!!!!!!!
I usually hate remixes, but I like this one.
My music lit class has finally come in handy.
damn, this game is 10 years old. still a beautiful game though
@FlameSpyro1 he sure was, one things for sure, those who fight him can never forget his theme.
Ok I think I have weird association with classical music. I was "Heeey that was in Mad Father RPG too !". XD
Bach ftw!
Rhythm Thief brought me here.
I have yet to encounter an interpretation of Bach that would sound bad. My search continues.
Catherine is a game for PS3 and XBOX360. Souji Meguro is the artist for the arrangements in this game
YES
a dislike??? A dislike toward the Father of the Classical Music remixed by THE Shoji Meguro????? BLASPHEMY
You sir, are my fucking Hero.
I feel like reinitializing some Carbons.
Gotta get to the top first, though.
Geez the people who created Trauma Center thought of this dang! Never thought they’d think of using Bach’s little fugue
@NEOMANDX1
That song is a remix of the song remixed in this song, originally composed by Johan Sebastian Bach, It's called little fugue.
I listened to the original when I was like 7 and this piece actually didn't stand out that much to me but this remix made me like the piece a lot more. Another favourite of mine is Farandole though I've always been a fan of the original.
W.O.W.
@RefugePiano It is found in the European Limited Edition of the game.
やはり・・・そうだったか・・・今日中学校に音楽の時間に聴いたぜ・・・。
Megaupload is down!! My favourite track!!! D:
@Supacharger93 : and despite the few minutes of screen time megaman Juno had. His version of "Bach Little Fugue in G Minor" is still my favorite version of the song. although I definetly love the catherine version as well.
pop goes Bach
My, my. It would appear that I have made an error.
Wait, wrong game.
Check it! It's Megaman Juno!
Mad Father?
Glad I'm not the only one who thought that. XD
Also used in a digimon game
Megaman Juno liked this
Aya's father and the Chainsaw Baby are the killers...do not die.
Father of music even made better rap beats in the 16-17's
*hugs*
ikr first time i saw this song it was from mad father and that version i found was ok but when i found this version from catherine i loved it
*wild megaman yuno apears*
Pokemon trainer: *use megaman volnutt*
Yes, yes it was. But it's pretty similar, and perhaps in a way one could consider Yuno a more masculine/feminine version instead of Juno.
Megaman Legends OST in Final Boss too.
@RockAngel94
Im playing the flute duet for this too! I love the runs! This remix is fantastic too :D:D
Goddam juno
Oh my gosh! This song was in Rhythm Thief!
@theguyinthecorner Only sometimes?
First time I ever heard this song was when I fought Megaman Juno.
Who doesn't need a little fugue every once in a while to relieve some tension?
definitely, Atlus deserves more credit. Heck they even celebrated and even thanked 200,000 people who purchased their games.
