I'll go ahead and say it for him...the greatest athlete ever to come out of Arkansas. If all of the recruiting services were around when Basil played in high school, he'd be top 10 nationally in football, baseball and track and probably top 25 in basketball. He is Mt. Rushmore on the Rushmore of Arkansas HS football legends.
