    oh thats what the hip flexor is 😭, i thought i wasnt training them but i am , i just do L-Sits and Bulgarian split squats. Good enough for me lol

    My left leg is able to do level 3 but my right leg can only do level 2 (I’m not a dancer btw I’m just watching dancing videos because I want to learn to dance and strengthen my legs) also I’m left footed which is probably the reason my left is stronger than my right
