My left leg is able to do level 3 but my right leg can only do level 2 (I’m not a dancer btw I’m just watching dancing videos because I want to learn to dance and strengthen my legs) also I’m left footed which is probably the reason my left is stronger than my right

omg as soon as i come across this i have a strained hip flexor from dance 💀💀 when it's healed definitely trying these!
