Awesome video! By the way, are you taking a break from hula hooping? I am your fan in hula hooping. I'd commented on your infinity toss tutorial video, I find it helpful! I really want to know exactly how do you practice hula hoop to maximize drills learning. Like the duration, what and how do you practice. I want to become a professional hula hooper. Thanks!
Hello! Thank you! I'm glad the tutorial was helpful. I do still hoop, I just have put down the camera. In my play I often get obsessed with feelings or ideas and then plunge into them and see how many directions it can lead. I don't worry about the tricks, but think of it like a movement language with many words developing all the time. Best to you in your practice and in your pursuits!
@@TianaZoumer I see. That sounds creative! You remind me of what Bruce Lee once said, "Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water." I really love the way you perform. Your movement is very smooth and fluid. It looks relaxing to the eyes. Anyway, do you have any advice or tips for an intermediate hooper like me? I am now 23, and I have been hooping for about 2 years. I feel like I am not making much progress in learning tricks. Over the 2 years, I have gotten quite comfortable with wedgie, basic isolation, basic foot hooping, ninja break, shoulder break, knee hooping a little (it feels impossible for me to get the hoop up) and I am most proud of my infinity toss as it was almost impossible for me to do it at first, and I even have doubt that I will be able to do it smoothly with practice, but now I did it! (Thanks to your tutorial, ring finger & middle finger and etc). So sorry for the long post. You are someone that I look up to, besides Rachael Lust and Caterina Suttin. You are all amazing hula hoopers! If you would like to know more about my hula hoop journey, here it is (I don't expect you to read it though): ybyang.blogspot.com/2019/08/my-hula-hoop-journey-update-2-years.html Lastly, thank you so much for your explanation and for your time! I really appreciate it!
Welcome back ❤ the world has missed your art
Happy to see you posting again 😊
Missed your videos! We also miss your hooping. Your art has stuck with me for years
I love this! Really creative and thoughtful. Does the doodlebug turn into 'infinity toss' butterflies? I am glad to find you, I dig your flow!
Hey that was awesomeness! 😻 Good to see you post something even though it's not amazing hooping 🐈🔥🔥
I missed your art (and self) too ❤
Richie! I miss your big heart and hugs. I was just thinking about you the other day and burst into a smile. I'll be back. 💗
@@TianaZoumer Well, kettle's on and hugs are a-waiting (figuratively and literally) 💗
