when they get shot with a snowball you'll see that they don't just flop like a ragdoll like in quick play they kinda jump up and lie on the floor. in my head the story behind this mode is that mei cloned herself a bunch to have snowball fight
and cryo-froze them until there was a future, after the second omnic crisis when she and her clones were the last survivors. and now she can have endless snowball fights

Because he's a massive jackass who actively tries to prevent his team from winning, severely overestimates how funny he is, and cannot play the game for the life of him. He showboats and taunts people but is remarkably thin-skinned when it's turned back on him.

What if Mei's snowball offensive is just a manifestation of her fractured psyche? Her dead collegues are in the stasis pods and she's playing snowball fights with a bunch of versions of herself? The christmass Mei costume is actually just a bloody version of her normal clothes, but the brain just filled in the blanks and caused the entire costume to appear red.
After i heard Brad sing "shout through the heart" I just had to go and listen to "You give love a bad name". (the song he was singing)
