AB, I've noticed in a lot of videos that you specify the "wit" in your website url, you should buy the url spelled with 'with' and forward it to your site so people get redirected there in the event they type it incorrectly and you wont have to bring it up in your videos anymore.

I use very little salt. But lots of rub and cook old school with apple wood because have lots of it. I use a draw knife to take all the bark of the wood and dry it for a year, so it's bone dry. It smokes just fine.
