Hi Sassy, Keane are a British rock band, Somewhere Only We Know was actually released back in 2004 and is from their 2004 album Hopes and Fears!! 😀 😀 The lead singer is Tom Chaplin, he was born in Hastings, England on March 8th 1979, he's now 43 years old, like this song myself, it's a great tune!! 😀 😀
