This song reminds me of my childhood which I lost a long time ago. My grandparents' place...the house, the huge garden...the place we used to love, now it's somewhere only we know. With my grandfather's death, everything changed. Our laughs, our fun turned into eternal sadness. Now I realize for us he was "somewhere only we know". NOW when i visit the place which we used to love it feels like this song beautiful but sad.

In 2020 my dad was very ill. While we were alone at his home he told me where he wanted to be buried. He died in March 2021. While carrying his urn to his final resting place I played this song by Keane. Somewhere only we know until he was buried there. RIP dad. Miss you everyday.❤
