Witch Hunt is a challenging horror themed hunting game that takes place in the 18th century. Main focus of the game is on exploration, non-linearity, and atmosphere.

As our Hero Fooster The Hunter silently moves from tree to tree, he finally spots his foe. Peering through the Darkness he takes a lucky shot. Finally the Evil.. and Horror.. of the Demon known as the Sheep has ended lol! Loved the video Fooster 👍

The watcher totem is VERY useful due to the fact that when placed, it saves the game as well as telling you where the Beast is

1:40 the stairs leading to nowhere is a reference to the lore of winchester mystery mansion. Id recommend reading about it. It's pretty good
I don't think that's where I heard it from but I am sure I have read about the Winchester mansion. Thats the one with all the random rooms right? from the family who made the actual winchester rifle etc
@@thefoosterchannel yep. Alot of rooms, stair cases leading to nothing. The wife thought that all the people who died from the winchester rifles would come back to haunt them.

If I recall correctly, there's a faster reload upgrade, but I don't remember if it's with the trader or you have to find it. Then there's the Stonehenge thing that I think you sacrifice your health to get more Mana I think, but I don't remember correctly. NGL, there's a lot that I forgot about this game, but it's slowly coming back with every episode. BTW, can't wait for the next one and I love this series!

Its the animation, as soon as you sprint it cancels it
you'll find yourself returning to the lake/riverbank while fighting the wolf/witch or general creepy badies so i suggest placing crosses there about 15 seconds of sprinting apart for a wide effective range.

I had no idea about black phillip either till a friend pointed it out. I had named him Gary Goat and we went on magical and terrifying adventures, till I shot him on accident. Oh, it's worth exploring some of the houses in the town and opening the chest in the creepy house. If I remember correctly it's worth checking before and after killing the monster as the town changes a bit. Also you can use the cannon ball in the south east or south west corner of the map...fairly certain it was one of those two. Anyways great video as always, hope you're doing well!

It never ceases to amaze me just how dark this game is. When Fooster walks around in the woods I can see absolutely NOTHING. And I don't know whether to hate that or love it.,
The best part about having physio on Mondays for 2 neck surgeries, shoulder and lower back issues from years of long distance trail riding(🐎), and a Chronic Pain Disorder, and what helps me through it is knowing i have a Fooster Movie waiting for me when i get home. You'll need the cannonball for a cannon somewhere on the map that'll open up a part of the map for ya. Loving the vids man keep it up
YES more of this please! Also definitely use crucifix more often they dish out a good amount of damage and can give you an idea where the beast is when struck by lightning.

My favorite part of every horror game video you post is you jumping at literally EVERYTHING. I''m not a jumper, but my girlfriend is and your videos have made her jump SO MANY TIMES. So, you plus her jumping is like double laughs for me hahaha. Keep them comin'!

get the merchant skill that seems like you might be able to get better deals with things and then after that do a lot of hunting so you can buy all the skills for a cheaper price
You need to open the chest in that first house you explored in the first episode… there is a surprise inside you’ll have to keep your eye out for.

Winchester house is the reference, stairs to dead ends , doors to drop offs , hallways with no purpose.
Sarah Winchester was said to build the house and never stop constructing portions of the house for years , believing it would confuse the demons that haunt the family.
The Totems gonna be your main "weapon" later on

alright so, a few things. First, i think with the stairs leading to nowhere you've been thinking about the winchester house? maybe? the one that Sara Winchester had to keep building it until her death?
Second: the crucifix doesnt work with common monsters.
Third: those shadow figures cannot be killed - so better avoid them.

I just realized something..... Every time a hear the owls hoot, 10 seconds later something comes. Like some sorta creature. And also, the goats are used for witch craft. They use them for sacrifices or they use the blood to unleash something. But witches don't only use animals, they use other things too.

Hey place those crucifixes all over the main trails cuz eventually it will cross its path and get shocked and start killing it.
The knock on the door in the beginning is from a dingle called "Shave and a Haircut". I believe you should have knocked twice on the door after the first knocks you heard.
I'm loving this so much. I have found second chance a lot of help. And monster shout makes it harder to when you need money. Can't wait for the next video. Happy Valentines Day.

What good timing! Last night was a full moon when I took my dog out to walk, and we live in the woods. Just away from the house, with no light, was a man chopping wood with an axe. Just in the woods alone in the dark hacking away. He didn't seem to pay us any attention, and I checked, he didn't follow us. My closest neighbor is about a mile away and it wasn't them. I did hear him walking across the cold creek, though. By the time we walked back home, it was total silence, so maybe he went on his way.

Interesting factoid, or not: that really familiar knock that everyone does, and everyone knows that goes do, do do-do do, do do - we always knew that as "shave and a haircut, two bits!" which is apparently from a 1899 song called At A Darktown Cakewalk.

I think it was the first episode, when you explored the town, and you went inside that creepy house with the doll, and there’s a chest upstairs that you didn’t open because you didn’t have any lock picks. at 8:24 you see that strange tree at the other side of the bridge? i am not sure but that tree is a monster and if you shoot it it will attack you and if you get too close to the lake a surprise will come out :)

The black ghosts are bad but the light grey ghosts are good, just a wee hint for ya oh and shoot the flying dude's okay so both of these are in the vid so in forced to give you another so use ur lock picks but try to keep 3 on you at all times and theres some cool stuff in town and if you dont like the idea of dying in a game like this that second wind perk is a must
