Thanks sooooo much! And thanks to everyone in the comments about the grey filters! Just bought one new in the box off marketplace and got it set up last night. The hardest part of it all was definitely putting the LED strip in. I threaded the cord as they showed then unraveled the lights and used the "hooked" end from them being rolled up to get them under the black flaps. Has anyone purchased any of the seating they have out there on Amazon?? any suggestions??? Thanks again!
Actually the black cap still had the connecting piece for the chemicals, grey piece sticking out of cap you can see in the video it is not a floating version, have same one and removed grey connector from cap and installed it properly
Hi! I just got my hot tub. I don’t see the gray filter holder when I unboxed everything. I called the customer service phone number and they said it’s underneath the pump? Is that correct ?
@@ScoutMom865 How low are your temps? I live in Indiana (Bloomington) so the temps can get pretty low here during the winter. They dont stay super low very long during winter, so I am hoping to use ours I just bought as long as possible. Maybe until the first frost??

The white float confused me too! I thought it went in the bottom of the tub lol used mine twice now and I love it! 398$ at Walmart right now!
That floating Florine dispenser screws onto. The top hole above the filter.
“The floating chemical dispenser” is not meant to float. The black cap comes off and the grey part screws into the pool.

The material does seem sturdy enough. I don't think I'll leave it up through the winter though.

Theres a slot under the unit for it to sit in transit. Not sure if mine was just sitting in the box when i pulled it out

Are you talking about the LED light strip? It goes under the spa, on the outside, in the pockets for it.
String is thick LED light is a pain in the ass. Would’ve been nicer if it came with it in it already.
I totally agree. I accidently sheared ours off, one of the times I was putting it up for the winter.

The chemical shouldn’t be floating the can on the side of the hot tub pops off it doesn’t unscrew then the chemical part just clips onto the side

Yes it is! But I pack it up once the temps get too low on Fall/winter

@@cballardblake1 The manufacturer says not to leave out below 40-45 degrees. We put ours away once temps are predicted that low.
