had to do same and bench charge it to 3.7, then it powered on factory reset then rebooted...then stuck..rebooted cleared cache its workin!!! tyty its charging. no visable light on charge but lightning bolt and battery will leave at welcome sceen till full charge. sweeet ttyty

I have one of these, it was a childhood tablet and one day it just stopped working and we though it was because I was constently playing on it while it was charging so we took it to a person who just said that the port was broken and it can't be fixed and we just brushed it off for like 5 years, unfortunately I don't have these tools at home, but we'll bring it to another person and show them the video so thanks!
