Wow, yes this is the first we have seen this issue. It is normally "plug and play" if you already formatted your card ahead of time. It must be a faulty chipset. So sorry that slipped through QC! Let's get yours replaced ASAP. The card-breaking is mindblowing too unless it wasn't ejected properly. We can have our friends at Angelbird replace that for you as well. Thanks
This is amazing. I’ve never seen a product fail so spectacularly. Thank you for not scrapping the video. I bought one but I don’t have a CFeB to test it. Took them long enough to deliver it after ordering it two months ago.

CFexpress cards are not cheap enough to risk them being destroyed. Can you please follow up with Anglebirds solution?

@@ReyG_HKSH I have the SD card version and same issue.....from my experimenting it's the cable seems to be too short and the connector appears too short to insert properly. They sent me a 12 inch cable which of course now works but might as well use the attached SSD method vs this.

YIKES. What a disaster. Another commentor had no connectivity, too. What a shame. Kondor Blue seems to have a good reputation, so this is a surprise. This is an untested product.
