Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 survival mode playthrough (Neo Geo CDZ)

The Neo Geo CD version of Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 has an exclusive survival mode. It pits you against every other character in the game (including Alfred). By hitting opponents with certain moves you can get them to drop an item: extra time, extra health or more super move meter.
This is probably easier than Mark of the Wolves' survival mode as whilst there a lot more opponents to fight, the CPU isn't as hard, plus all of the items are helpful to you -in MotW, the survival mode has items that do negative things, such as taken super meter away from you. Terry makes it even easier, just get your opponent in the corner then get them with his QCF+B move, then get them with the rising tackle. This combo will always get some items to drop.
Internestingly, hackers have found unused sprites in the AES version relating to the survival mode:

It looks like SNK intended to have the survival mode in the AES version, but ended up cutting it. But at least it ended up being used in the CD version.

Is lik learning something new every video you post here. I haven't played this mode at all so I haven't noticed the icons reused on Garou.
