Well blink already kind of left being pop punk by the time they broke up so neighborhoods sounded kind of natural to what they would of sound like had they not, some of the songs were even written like in 2004 such as up all night that i remember people found in an old behind the scenes video right before they broke up. I went to go see Senses Fail live @ The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA 2 years ago (2015) and came home sorely disappointed. I got hyped as hell when they start playing their pre-2010 songs but the majority of the music they played were from their two recent albums at the time. ---- I can't blame them for changing, they want to and they like the direction they were taking so I could only be happy for them. It's fine, I still had their old music to listen to when I felt nostalgic. Fast-forward to today (2017), and I decided to check their new music on a whim and played this song. Nothing made me more happy than having this song constantly on repeat. I hope they continue to make songs like Double Cross again, and this song gives me optimism for this hope. Thank you Senses Fail. Hopefully I see you again next year @ The Observatory on Feb 27, 2018, can't wait for the entire album! Sincerely, Dante
I love how every album of senses fail transition with growth how every album got harder and harder until they came out with in your absence which basically restarted the cycle. Buddy’s voice got better and I can truly say that I love every album they have made they all have their own characteristics and I don’t care what’s your favorite album because I love them all.🖕🏼
