Red Velvet Brownies Cake/Birthday Cake/Cream cheese frosting

These brownies (cake) are easy to make and perfect recipe for red velvet beginners.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
8 oz (about 1cup) chocolate chip
2 2/3 cups sugar
7 eggs +1egg yolk
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
3 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Cream cheese frosting
1cup cream cheese (1bar 224g)
1/2 cup butter (115g)
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
