- This is the all new 2023 Toyota Supra, Toyota’s claim to fame when it comes to road legal sports cars. With Supra’s having a vast history of over 40 years. First announced all the way back in April 1978. Comparing it to the latest Porsche 718 Boxster, 2023 Nissan Z and the BMW Z4.

the 2020 Supra is better than the Z

The looks of the cabin merging with the car espescially looking from the front bothers me a lot but still a very interesting car.

2023 models have 382hp!
it needs some carbon lips + NEEDS to be lowered a few inches, but once those are done this car looks great

No the z is better car all around just for not have fake fakes and made 100 percent Japanese sport car and has lots Potential with after market parts Nissan could do what ever it want for usa market stock but lots Regulations it be game over for Knock off zupra and still over with aftermarket parts get it time!

The Supra runs 12.2 and the Z runs 13 flat in a quarter mile. But ones a automatic. So it might be a half a second faster if both were automatic. Z might run 12.7 with a automatic. Toyota built the transmission in the Supra and made it better than the MK4 transmission. The MK4 automatics were horrible and required rebuilds to support the 900hp power the MK5 supports today. The new Z looks like a autistic person slapped a 240Z body kit onto the old 350Z/370Z chassis. Meanwhile Nissan wasted money designing prototype vehicles that will never sell and claim it cost too much to make a new chassis. And Toyota only had to design new heads with direct injection for the 2JZ shortblock, and make a new plastic intake manifold to update the 2JZ engine to meet current EPA regulations, but claim designing new heads and a intake was too expencive.
Iron blocks are not allowed either, it would have taken them a lot of money for R&D and price would have done almost twice. The B58 is the best I6 per dollar now days and is very reliable.
