For a person like you I understand it's very normal to think that the base made for papa roti and choux buns is same because of it's outer appearance. But the choux buns are made of choux pastry base whereas the papa roti base is made of just buns like a bread dough. But the outer crust for both the things seems to be the same. However if that also is seen technically, the recipe of both of them is different too. But absolutely love your motivation towards food... ❤❤
