Nice section. Well, the word "baustelle" probably isn't torn apart in Germany with the word "autobahn" anymore. Okay, the infrastructure needs renovation, because it's probably better than it breaks down like in Italy or the USA, but as you write, the period in which they last on a given section is definitely too long. It only really shows that the country is hiding in this way, that it is actually financially bankrupt, and is thus trying to hide it.
