Poverty is a political agenda, without this no political party can withstand in India. We always live in scarcity for our basic needs. Those who are rich they have such social, political strong background that if they ever fall they can again rise through their status. But on the other hand a Poor is destined to be poor till his death, if he wants to rise, the society never allows. Indian society is a caste based society, recently in Rajasthan a schedule caste groom ride Horse in his marriage with police protection, there was a riot like situation, people of Upper castes throwing stones, shout with abusive languages, in Jharkhand untouchable can't draw water from obc caste's well. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari , Gujarat to Northeast every where Same situations.
