Students September 2021 admission has complete first year online because university didn't issue visa for offline classes due to covid. Is first year online without compensation is accepted? If not how to compensate it and compensation certificate?

If I did my penultimate and final year offline and I have my practical compensation certificate for rest years as well. And I do my internship from China. Even when I do my internship from China, then also I have to do the 1 year mandatory internship from india?
Nope, as you had your penultimate and final year studies offline, have a compensation certificate, and have already finished your internship (internship done in China is valid in India as per FMGE 2002 Regulations).
2018 batch from china passed Jan 2024 FMGE completed one year internship in china and will be getting a compensation certificate too ! How many years ?

Final year I done offline ,,
But in final year in mid January i came to india , and return back to russia after 2 month ( 1 month winter vacation + 1 War flight was cancelled) ,,, then i return back to russia again, And then i did all class and given final exam offline ,, and came back by july 10th after taking degree ,, and i have Compensation letter as well from university

We wouldn't suggest doing that as it needs to be done along with further academics. However, it can still be tried since the NMC has no clear stance on this.
Sir what is about 21 batch.who had done second year online and went for fifth sem there in Ukraine doing offline fifth sem and then nmc notice came to take transfer before march 7 .2024 .and took transfer then such students have to give compensation letter and that previous country and universities will give that letter and how to collec it because now again we have to take visa etc ... sir please guide
You shouldn't worry, as in most universities, clinical rotations start from the third year.

Sir can you let us know on 10 year caping for internship is it aplicable for 2002 screning regulation students because i am a 2017 batch student and if someone from our year gets 3 year internship they will exceed this time line of 10 year .
You don't have any year capping, dear (FMGE 2002 Regulations don't have year capping), so please don't worry.

If student was in india during course for any reason for 5 months then will they accept there compensation certificate if he did compensate class before graduation??Pls reply
It should only be considered if, before his final year, he was in India and then went back to that country to study further and did practicals.

As their clinical rotations didn't start in the first year, they will most likely have only a one-year internship after finishing their studies.

They can ask for a one-year internship if you graduate before July 30th, 2022.

Sir.i was in Ukraine and I have already givenmy first attempt in Jan 2024 now this is my second attempt. I want to askthat I have gone back and did my studies offline but my university provide thecompensation letter later, the date of issue they are mentioning on it isrecent only. Will it be valid ? Becausei have gone back n completed it in offlinemode?
