On the contrary, I've found this figure with additional information in an article with the following DOI: 10.11591/eei.v9i3.1720, and with the title 'Search for a substring of characters using the theory of non-deterministic finite automata and vector-character architecture'. Is there any other version of the Hilbert and López (2011) article that may contain this figure?

Hmmm...would it not have been easier, quicker and perhaps just as illuminating to identify those areas where people make few calls, the calls that they make are short, the ratio of calls to SMS is lower, they receive more calls than they make and they actually buy less phone credit over time as a combined proxy for "poverty"?
