I really think Brian is a bad guy. Think about what happened with the white dragon. She got a bad feeling as soon as she saw him, and when she was attacked it seemed to be by someone she knew. I'm calling it, guys.
He's accepted, at least by myself as the force hunting the Draic Kin. Evidence? The White Dragon had earlier mentioned she was the last of the Dragons, and that her kin were being killed by an immortal force. Brian has been travelling for decades, both Stark and Arcadia. Brian is seemingly, atleast in a term- immortal. He lost his aging through his little interdimensional split. I can only assume his immunity is only helped by him killing dragons. The White Dragon had already mentioned how she had felt the presence of it before, and when they met, she felt scared. Well. I certainly don't know any girls who get goosebumps when they're turned on for somone, so scared is my only assumption ✌

Technology isn't bad but it has made real life feel boring sometimes. Many of us have depression or anxiety ( to varying degrees) and feel like we lost our purpose. I think Zoe as a character is very relate-able to us, the feeling of being stuck and then suddenly then going on an amazing journey, it may not have had the happiest ending but she wasn't stuck anymore and i think a lot of us want that. to just be taking on an amazing journey and not be stuck anymore.I'm most likely reading into this too deep but when seeing the new game it feel like i'm going to visit a friend that i haven't seen in years. Thankyou Cry for doing play through of this game and letting more people know about it :3
Thing is it doesn't make sense. Zoe was just gaslit into believing getting rid of Faith would do something good, even though it would just logically offer the world (mind manipulation) on a silver platter to WATIcorp! Also why did Faith tell Zoe to save April, and that Zoe did good even though April ended up dead??

Emily Claire The authors said that Zoe is of mixed Spanish/Chinese ancestry (that's obviously why she lives in Africa and has British accent, but whatever) so she is probably their, or at least her mom.
+Emily Claire Yes Asian lady is Zoe mother and Faith is her sister. Reza is dead and Brian is the one who attacked the white drag kin. (He may have been control by something. I love the parellell chracters in this game. It was like every character from one world also existed in the ohter world, playing a similar role. They never fully explain that but it's a really intriguing concept.
I have been in a coma and so always find their use in storytelling fascinating. What's really interesting is I did not dream at all, in fact it was like closing my eyes just to wake a moment later but with so much time having passed in that moment. Like some kind of banal time travel 😂 *However* ever since the coma, when I sleep now I always dream and the dreams are so complex and vivid it's like being in another world. Also each night's dream is lengthy, sometimes hundreds of years of which I experience fully. At first I had to take medication to suppress these dreams, as initially I had PTSD from what caused the coma and the dreams were so violet I was scared to sleep at all. However once I worked through the PTSD and they considered it 'cured' I stopped taking the suppressor as the dreams were so incredible that I wanted to them. Keep in mind, they are not always good dreams, they range as far as the imagination. I have died countless times in my dreams, sometimes hundreds of deaths in the same dream. Yet I'm at peace on the subject of death as the cause of my coma technically killed me (resuscitated) and I learned that even dying violently is peaceful in a way that surprised me. I suffocated to death slowly over days, and as horrible as that sounds...I didn't suffer despite no drugs to ease the pain etc. as my body and brain protected me ultimately from feeling any of it at the time. Death was warm and pleasant, truly peaceful. So having learned first hand that a horrible death is only awful as an idea because the body/mind protect you from suffering. Back to my point, which is that while I didn't dream during my coma, the coma unlocked a kind of dreaming for me that is like portrayed in story telling 😆
Reza isn't... weren't evil people... Remember how that dreamer thing was used on him? It was said to be able to read peoples dreams yes, but it was also said to be able to control peoples dreams. The real Reza is dead... that's why she said it wasn't the real Reza because "he's" only an empty shell. Being controlled. And the one who killed the white dragon... who else could it be? In the start of the game we saw Brian being attacked and possibly consumed by a black thing... possibly the same black thing the white dragon said had killed the other dragons. If you remember the time where Brian and Zoë met, you'll remember that it was Brian who told her that she should find the white dragon, and despite him having not much reason he wanted to go with them... although that's not much to make him the culprit. Except the white dragon did get bad vibes from him, and she did recognize the person who came up to her before she screamed... and the only person we knew was there except for her was... Brian.
Nakashima Asuka Well if it is the thing that they where talking about who killed the other dragons, who had consumed Brian, then it was probably for the same reason it killed the white dragon. I think they said in the game, that it was eliminating dangers to it's existence :)
I remember finishing the game and feeling betrayed after I realized that I'd reached the end of it. However, I absolutely loved the game itself. Regardless of its faults, it had a fantastic story and cast, and it also was lots fun. Crow alone made this game for me, and besides him we had Liv, Zoe, April, Benrime.. I could go on and on. Can't wait to get my hands on Dreamfall Chapters once it comes out (November 2014 can't get here fast enough). P.S. I'm sure April's alive. She acquired the ability to breathe underwater in the first game.
avrilslittlesis a sequel is just a game that advances on the story of the previous game. Dreamfall Chapters: The longest journey will be the sequel of dreamfall: the longest journey.
rewatching this and remembering how I felt after watching this playthrough for the first time. damn...... at least I can go on straight to chapters this time round
I'm so confused what happened to Reza and Damien??? Who was that in the hospital if it wasn't Reza? Why did she kill Zoë? What happens now that the Dreamer is released? Did she really die? What about Liv? Why are there so many unanswered questions? Ahh
About the Reza thing, Reza isnt really Reza because Peats ate his dreams and his 'inner being'. Hes apparently probably been brainwashed by Peats. Otherwise frankly i have no clue.
Alyssa Cooper My real question is, was the Reza we saw in Casablanca REALLY Reza? Or did Zoe end up breaking up with him because she instinctively realized he had changed? And if he was brainwashed back then, was he manipulated to lead us to "Chang" in the first place?
When Cry screamed "It can't end there, THAT'S so UNFAIR!" I thought to myself how do you think we who played at release and have waited 8 YEARS for the next installment feel. I'm super glad that we finaly get a sequel to what is probably my favorite game series :D
Cryatoic... I would just like to thank you. I wanted to watch this game for a while now, so I'll be able to play chapters. I found the time now that I'm on watch duty, and your videos helped, what was suppose to be a terribly boring and tedious experience, become amazing. Keep up the good work.
I'm really hyped for Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey now after seeing the whole Playthrough of Dreamfall. Hope that game will tie all the loose ends this game left us with at the end.
I waited till the end of the series to say stuff and by god...Immo say it. First off, amazing play through, Cry has still yet to disappoint not that he ever would. Secondly I'm kinda frustrated that I saw the beginning of this series when he first released it but other stuff came up so I put it off and ended up not getting back to it till just recently. This is the ALL man, I swear I loved this and Cry nailed it. The characters in this game and even the voice acting beats even top sellers today. Such a great story told through talking Birds and crazy cat ladies....nice! I'm gonna calm down from this one but, lookin forward to 'Dreamfall Chapters'. Thanks for bringing this Cry, your a hero!
Wait....what about Damien???? What happened to Reza and Olivia???? More importantly, what happened to April and Kian??? Ughh...there so many question in my head...and I hope Zoe didn't die....
i cried and cried. And also I was afraid at the beginning of this episode that they would give us this kind of ending. So much was.. well unexplained I quess, and there was just a little time left. I don't know how I feel about this, but the story definitely got to me.
+jazzycat19 Peats took his dreams, so basically killing the "reza" that zoe and everyone else knew. Peats didn't do anything to Reza's physical body, so yeah, probably some random dude controlling him or sumthin'
I think the reason why so many are pissed at the ending is because they're used to a story where most questions are answered. Zoë said it herself: It's up to us to end the story. Hell, she even ends up in Storytime where, guess what: Stories are created. Yes the animation sucked, yes the voice acting was lackluster and the combat system dreary, but it's an ADVENTURE game. You buy these kind of games for the puzzles, the stories, the characters. I love both games for their story and I have to admit that I remastered both the voice-acting and the animation in my mind after having played them the first time. Even without Dreamfall: Chapters this would have been a perfect ending. Life isn't about the big dramatic music with a score to set the mood, it isn't about you being sad and the rain starting to emphasize your mood. The way April dies, the way Zoë returns to Casablanca, a sunny, warm and comforting place, after having gone through dread and terror and death, that is exactly what life is like: Sometimes you might find yourself among rainbows and fluffy kittens while you feel all dead and cold inside. It's not about solving world-saving issues for most of us, hence why Zoë, at the beginning a perfectly average girl, ends up solving nothing in her own world. A world that, despite the futuristic look of it, might as well be our own. Now, as for the sister bit that seems to get so many panties in a bunch: It's hinted at, tiny clues all over the place and things that don't add up. This again is one of those things that shows just how life throws one event after the next at you. And yes, things like these happen, and I'll give you an example: My brother (half by blood) had to clear out his diseased father's house with his half-siblings on his father's side (aging between 50 and 24, being a total of 9) when they happen upon a birth certificate for an unknown child: So whilst mourning the death of their father they discover a new sibling, out of the blue. So you see, it's not BS or bad writing, it's life. If you're still with me --- SPOILERS ---- In the gameplay released from the early alpha build we see Zoë in Storytime helping what seems to be ghosts in limbo (I have to rewatch it to make proper sense of it). My guess is that Zoë, as a dreamer, affects events and the world around her just by being there. So, while she may be dead in her world (her body in coma), she's still alive, like her sister was it in her own limbo-like state, in Storytime. What happens with The White Lady (Dragon) and April is something I can't wait to see. Then again, who said that my ending to those stories, or yours, isn't the right one? How they spin The Unchaining of The Undreaming I can only theorize on, but I hope that they take it down the same path. I'm sorry that I can't post a potato to pay you for reading this (if you managed to get this far), but I'm sending you all a cheese cake in your dreams.
Bro said all this gobbledygook when he could’ve just checked their twitter to see that they planned on milking the franchise with multiple episodes 😂. It ain’t that deep! Just business. Create a bunch of loose ends, go full Empire Strikes back. Milk Return of the Jedi for every penny. Oldest studio trick to date.
21:30 I haven't cried like like that since I watched the movie 1408 when Enslin's daughter turned to ash in his arms. I have to go clean my glasses now, fuckin tears m8.
I must say, Cry, that this was a very enjoyable playthrough. While I had played this game many years ago, it was nice to sit though it again with someone (and I'm saying this sincerely) who is not at all obnoxious and is rather witty. Also, you should look into voice work, if you don't already do so.
I actually enjoyed listening to Zoe's voice, her accent was adorable and I loved her as a character. April wasn't doing it for me, Crow was wonderful, and Kian was great. That is all. Cry, you were - once again - simply amazing.
people are bitching about the ending but they havent even played the first game. how are you supposed to understand chavez, westhouse, the draic kin and april. what about the old lady at the beginning of the first game? is she april? is april really dead? i cant wait for chapters book two
If you think that's bad, imagine playing the first game when it first came out and then waiting SEVEN YEARS for the sequel, seeing THIS ENDING and having to wait EIGHT YEARS for the conclusion....then crying like an angry baby when the third one is done...
One thing that i really don't get: why and how was April Ryan saved? You wanna tell me that killing her was the way she would be saved?? ... I fell like this whole game was a lie Something, someone, just lied to Zoë the whole time... God dammit
Wow so much to that ending. First of all I forgot the whole game started with her in the hospital. Then..... JESUS CRIST THAT LADY PISSED ME OF WHEN SHE TRIED OR DID KILL ZOE, I HAVE NO CLUE! Then when Wonkers asked is she was asleep and then said he would wait for her to wake up and maybe when she wakes up she will want to play a game I wanted to cry so bad but held it in! And the last thing I have to point out is I thought that Reza was dead wtf happened there! Ahhh confusing game!!! >:(
If you think about it, April Ryan is the Shifter between the worlds of Arcadia and Stark. Zoe is the Dreamer that walks between the dreaming and the undreaming and then Brian is the one that was outside of time. So the third one probably is going to really star him and that whole fact about him which was that whole ending thing with that Chavez fellow was all about.. That's just my guess on it. Great game and great play through. I always enjoy your stuff Cry ^^
Good review, Cry. I'm sorry you still won't play the point-and-click firstie. Tbf, the puzzles will probably make you want to flip 10 tables if you're not into that. Still, the game truly had potential, but it wasn't until 10 years later into the present me that I realized that this game may have borrowed elements from other videogames or movies that had anything to do with magic worlds and sci-fi. Call me crazy, I just think it does. The firstie didn't do that and was more subversive and clever than the sequel, but hey. Here's to TLJ, and to you. Stay loose, compadre.
oh.my.flying.pigs. Why must they end it like that?! HOMG so many questions left unanswered after all these days of anticipating some kind of closed result... Fudge. But I hope you play the next instalment :) the story line and whole idea of this is just amazing :D
I still think you should give Longest Journey a try. I know it feels dated and its point and click, but like Dreamfall, the focus is on the story, so think of it as a story. You'll meet Crazy Rupert Clax and Crow and Benrime and Chavez will make senze. It also ends more satisfactorily than Drømmefall (Dreamfall in norwegian)
I don't think you have a right to complain about the ending when the game starts by telling you were it is going to end. It begins where it ends, perfect.
I had never gotten around to playing this myself but had to check things out when hearing about the new one coming out next year. I think it'll be great, and I do love Cry's reactions throughout the game. Thanks for a quality Let's Play brah! Kinda surprised I didn't see Heavy Rain anywhere on your list. Hopefully you've played it!
I cant wait to play the end of Chapters, I love this game/story. I will be sad when it is over and hope they make the longest journey home after they finish with chapters. Definitely my favorite setting/mythos of anything. This world they have created is just awesome.
I can't believe that is how this game ends, especially since they never did anything with it after!!! I am SO glad now I dropped this game half way through cause this woulda caused me to rage for a long time!!! I can't believe how well composed you were in this video Cry...
How Cry reacts to games like these are beautiful. Other gamers would be like "Yea. I enjoyed it, blah blah blah" but Cry would actually try to understand what they felt like. Cry, you are a one true person. (:
It makes a lot more sense now, having watched all the first game. Who Brian Westhouse, the sentinel minstrum, Chavez, Crow, Benrime, the Guardian Gordon, all of that. April and Arcadia themselves, they just make so much more sense now, and I feel like there is no way to really understand this game without watching or playing the first, and it's really impossible to understand fully as the storyline stands now.
I played this game when it was just out, that was what.. 7 years ago? Damn i feel old... Anyway, thanks, Cry, for reminding me of this beautiful story :) Can't wait for Dreamfall Chapters!
In the ending scene there Brian West house was visited by a random guy that random guy is named Cortez Cortez was one of the characters from the 1st game that helped Ryan West house into the other world the world of the dreaming or in this case Arcadia. Brian West house arrived in Arcadia in 1933 and has remained there since
There, now I can watch the new Dreamfall. I couldn't remember the plot to this since I watch it so long ago but now that I have re-watched it I just need to catch up to Crys current play through
Now you feel the pain of us who played it when it came out. 6 years of waiting for just an announcement of Dreamfall: Chapters in Nov 2012. Best news of my gaming life. Bring it on Ragnar!
This game definitely interesting. Voice acting, story, all. I also like that they didn't hint around that there will be more parts this series instead of dropping heavy handed or nebulous hints.
I loved that Zoe's names is Zoe! Well, cuz my name is Zoey, and it was funny to hear Cry and they voice actors to say it! Haha! I love this gameplay, I don't like how the end is just a bunch of un-answered questions. But I still loved it! :3 Love you Cry (Not in a creepy way, sorry, just wanted to put that out there).
Because when you play a game that you truly enjoy; you never want it to end. The ending brings you back to reality, buy you want to fight it and want the story to continue.
It really broke my heart in the beginning when I realized... that whole mission... ended up being for nothing... Reza... most likely dead... April.. dead. Faith... dead.
Cry, thank you I enjoyed the added comments you had. I came here looking for answers and only got more questions. I am caught up with DFC book 2. Still many questions.
I cried when Wonkers said maybe she'll play a game with me T-T
Same
WHEN I PLAYED THIS, I CRIED THROUGHOUT THE ENDING.. WITH WONKERS AND WITH HIS DAD SAYING SHE'S FADING AWAY 😭
+Patrisha Dane Even though at the beginning her Fate was sealed. you went in knowing her fate and how it ended. But, as a gamer we always seat to change fate good or bad. Because as we play we grow attached to characters and the world that surrounds them.

Statiq BRIAN IS THE UNDREAMING *runs down the streets screaming*
Holy shit, guys. We're on to something here.
Jaquiline Kangas Yet, annoyingly, Dreamfall chapters has not yet even distantly referenced our good friend Brian, unless he's working with the German Suited man.
+Statiq BUT IT MUST BE HIM ALL THE EVIDENCES POINTS TO HIM
Welp, just binged the entire playthough...excellent commentary Cry, and Crow
Same!
Same, and gotta say, the day was not wasted. That was brilliant. I need time to recover from that...long journey
When you consider that some people had to wait EIGHT AND A HALF YEARS for this cliffhanger to be resolved, it seems like kind of a dick move. Still an awesome game though.
+Luke Rieman You mean EIGHT...BLOODY...YEARS!?
+Luke Rieman unfortunately it has taken this long because they went to make The Secret World. I'm glad they are back making these stories again though. I love the world they have created.
+Luke Rieman make it 10, it's still not fully resolved :p
It is now. :D

So what I'm getting from this is:
-Reza is (dead?)/ different ish

-Liv is possibly dead
-Zoe denies free coffee
-She didn't have a party
-And that west person was from the beginning and might have killed the dragon lady
-The people from the dock died
-That Raven is "dead"
-And god(or goddess) knows what happened to Damien
-Also that women who put her to sleep is possibly Zoe's mom
Yay I'm so confused!!
You forgot, that her being her mum would mean that Zoe is artificial, given that her "sister" is artificial

I appreciate the insight in your comments about this game. Thx for sharing.
It really was an amzing game. Graphics are usually important to me but this game's story was truly exceptional.
can't wait for dream fall chapters this November XD
re-watching this three years later, and it finally makes sense to me
Yea me too!! At first, i was like:
WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!! What the- what!!!
4yrs

Me: Yup.
Dad: You just felt like watching someone else play a game?
Me: Yup.
Dad: .......Oookay.
You just don't understand me, dad. :(
It's even worse when you try recording yourself playing one.
I've been running into that problem a lot with my mom.
after my parents asked me why i´m watching someone playing a game, i said them "go and buy me the games" now they are happy that i´m watching lets plays
I've had this exact conversation with my dad and brother.. :P
Meh, just tell them that people watch a game of football too, and that seems to be an accepted behaviour ;)
So, I'm guessing Helena Chang's the birth mother of Zoë and Faith, huh?
Uh.. yes.
Out of all the questions that I'm thinking about during the credits, like, How are Faith and Zoe sisters? Is that Asian lady Faith and Zoe's mom? Why is that guy not Reza? you have all the same questions that I have!!
Merel Saly The game after this one still doesn't really answer any of those questions, but it's definetly still worth watching :)

Brian.
i like your way of thinking...very convincing!!:3 but what do you suppose he would have to gain by killing her anyway?:/
Nakashima Asuka Well if it is the thing that they where talking about who killed the other dragons, who had consumed Brian, then it was probably for the same reason it killed the white dragon. I think they said in the game, that it was eliminating dangers to it's existence :)
I love watching these videos. It's like watching them with a good friend. Experience the up's and downs together. Wonderful feeling.
Didn't she get stabbed in this game though? (talking about April)
KayKay Gamer
In the stomach, yes. But the fact that she got injured doesn't necessarily mean she died.
even tho there's too many questions left unanswered, this game is just awesome!! really looking forward to watch Cry's Chapters walkthrough
2020 and Wonkers still makes me cry like a baby
2021 and Wonkers still make me cry like a wee baby
Cry, you know there's a sequel right...Cry? PLAY THE SEQUEL YES PLEASE DO.
I think this is the sequel. but i hope he plays the third, too.
avrilslittlesis a sequel is just a game that advances on the story of the previous game. Dreamfall Chapters: The longest journey will be the sequel of dreamfall: the longest journey.
wondera they already have enough funds. the kickstarter ended March 2013, It was the 3rd most succesfull project on kickstarter ^^.
wondera we can only hope its released, so up to cry.
They are going to release the third in he series. redthreadgames.com/games/chapters/
rewatching this and remembering how I felt after watching this playthrough for the first time. damn...... at least I can go on straight to chapters this time round
The best Cry plays and "anyone plays" of all. Thanks for that. Too sad you're about to stop those. But I'm glad you're doing what makes you happy.
***** She was talking about the person who enters in and hugs the dad. The dad called him Reza and Zoe also said "dad be careful, that isn't Reza".
Who was the prophet?
hopefully that will be explained in Dreamfall chapter
Alyssa Cooper My real question is, was the Reza we saw in Casablanca REALLY Reza? Or did Zoe end up breaking up with him because she instinctively realized he had changed? And if he was brainwashed back then, was he manipulated to lead us to "Chang" in the first place?
I hope you play Dreamfall Chapter when its came out in this November
When Cry screamed "It can't end there, THAT'S so UNFAIR!" I thought to myself how do you think we who played at release and have waited 8 YEARS for the next installment feel. I'm super glad that we finaly get a sequel to what is probably my favorite game series :D
I need a hug... This was so sad...I NEED A FREAKING HUG!!!!
fuck, the part with Wonkers got me
Wonkers never got play with Zoe .... ; - ;
There are so many freaking questions left unanswered though....!
Once again an amazing playthrough!! I always love watching these! Keep doing what you're doing! :3
I really hope you play the next one cry!
And that Cry... was exactly the same reaction i had... when i stayed up all night to finish the game... *sob* TT-TT
Thanks for bringing this Cry, your a hero!
oh dear GOD! im glad I didn't watch this before the follow up was out and uploaded xD
Wait....what about Damien???? What happened to Reza and Olivia???? More importantly, what happened to April and Kian??? Ughh...there so many question in my head...and I hope Zoe didn't die....
rewatched and still loved your commentary. LOVED when you freaked over the kiss LMAO
i cried and cried. And also I was afraid at the beginning of this episode that they would give us this kind of ending. So much was.. well unexplained I quess, and there was just a little time left.
I don't know how I feel about this, but the story definitely got to me.
Me too :(
So, if Reza is dead, who the fuck is that in the chapters?
+jazzycat19 Peats took his dreams, so basically killing the "reza" that zoe and everyone else knew. Peats didn't do anything to Reza's physical body, so yeah, probably some random dude controlling him or sumthin'
i love cry’s reactions. ive rewatched this series like 4 times now
I think the reason why so many are pissed at the ending is because they're used to a story where most questions are answered.
If you're still with me --- SPOILERS ----
In the gameplay released from the early alpha build we see Zoë in Storytime helping what seems to be ghosts in limbo (I have to rewatch it to make proper sense of it).
Cry, I...I need a hug. :,(
24:42 poor wonkers
Ikr.. I'm so sad right now.
I actually enjoyed listening to Zoe's voice, her accent was adorable and I loved her as a character. April wasn't doing it for me, Crow was wonderful, and Kian was great. That is all. Cry, you were - once again - simply amazing.
people are bitching about the ending but they havent even played the first game. how are you supposed to understand chavez, westhouse, the draic kin and april. what about the old lady at the beginning of the first game? is she april? is april really dead? i cant wait for chapters book two
Soooooo Zoe died and the Dreamer went public anyway. The fuck.
Annabelle Lee she isn't dead
If you think that's bad, imagine playing the first game when it first came out and then waiting SEVEN YEARS for the sequel, seeing THIS ENDING and having to wait EIGHT YEARS for the conclusion....then crying like an angry baby when the third one is done...
Cry will you play the last game which comes out in November?
I...am.........confused.......
I'm getting so many mix emotions from that ending; it was such a bitter-BITTER-sweet ending. Cry, I would LOVE to see your walkthrough of the sequel..
OMFG THE THIRD ONE IS COMING OUT AND CRY YOU NEEEEEEEEEED TO PLAY IT!!!!! PLEASE!! It's called chapters
Wait, why did the fat green guy get killed in the end?
Wati Corp. no longer needed him. With the Static making him blind to everything on the Wire, he was useless
I cried when faith said she was afraid of death. Also when Wonkers was waiting for Zoë to wake up.
One thing that i really don't get: why and how was April Ryan saved? You wanna tell me that killing her was the way she would be saved??
...
I fell like this whole game was a lie
Something, someone, just lied to Zoë the whole time...
i think since the company stole Reza's memories through the lucid-dream machine... they can now impersonate him...
Oh, that makes sense, lol thanks!
I want wonker. I want to hug him.
oh.my.flying.pigs.
Why must they end it like that?! HOMG so many questions left unanswered after all these days of anticipating some kind of closed result...
Fudge.
But I hope you play the next instalment :) the story line and whole idea of this is just amazing :D
November, only a few months ;D
what happens in november
The57lover
The sequel's release I believe. *Hopefully* it will answer all these BS questions and whatnot.
Also it grows on you. Ask Gamehorder ;)
*Roper Klax :P
I love it when Cry always tells us to 'Take care' and you can tell he genuinely means it :)
I don't think you have a right to complain about the ending when the game starts by telling you were it is going to end. It begins where it ends, perfect.
What. The. Fuck. Just. Formed. In. My. Heart.
What. The. Fuck. Happen. To. My. Brain.
I'm not okay with this. I'm really, REALLY not okay with this.
Worst. Ending. EVER.!!!!! D':! God damnit !
WHAT THE FUCKING
FUCK
I cant wait to play the end of Chapters, I love this game/story. I will be sad when it is over and hope they make the longest journey home after they finish with chapters. Definitely my favorite setting/mythos of anything. This world they have created is just awesome.
What the actual fuck
And the mother of the year goes too!!! >.> Cry's reaction at the end was pretty much the same as mine. Looking forward to November.
I can't believe that is how this game ends, especially since they never did anything with it after!!! I am SO glad now I dropped this game half way through cause this woulda caused me to rage for a long time!!! I can't believe how well composed you were in this video Cry...
+RedIsFeisty They never did anything with it after? Thought there was a sequel with Zoe in it. Am i wrong?
+Annie chan Yup there is a sequel, Cry even has a playthrough of it.
Cameron Estabrooks Tell that to the op i know this. :P
How Cry reacts to games like these are beautiful. Other gamers would be like "Yea. I enjoyed it, blah blah blah" but Cry would actually try to understand what they felt like.
Cry, you are a one true person. (:
I just watched this hole play through in one sitting... Amazing just... Amazing! Truly one of the most interesting story's i have ever seen.
What the duck kind of ending was that!?! Thank you cry for putting up with that ENDING!!!
Congratulations on the playthrough Cry :) I'm a bit late saying it of course but I hope you enjoyed it. See you in the next one too! :)
Absolutely LOVE these games. The writers have such a great sense of humor :D especially in the first game
Brian West house arrived in Arcadia in 1933 and has remained there since
When Wonkers said about playing with her when she wakes up.. I freaking lost it ;-; THE FREAKING FEELS MAN D;
Poor past Cry, don't worry the present Cry is playing the next game, let's hope it ends better than this.
Finally! I can watch again the sequel to this and I hope this time it'll make so much more sense.
just beat the game left us hanging cant wait till Dreamfall Chapters comes out gj on the walkthrough keep it up and do the new Dreamfall Chapters also
aww that scene while zoe used the dreamer was so sweet, innocent and sad
i really hope that another game of this will come out and if it does cry will play it
Most the characters had a rich background, decent voice acting, and above all a well thought out script. 10/10 game about to buy dreamfall chapters (:
So many tears. The Faith scene and the Zoe scene after that. :'(
There, now I can watch the new Dreamfall.
I'm like crying right now inside, for some reason I can never cry for games or movies no matter what, but cool music
Yup dream fall chapters comes out in 2014. Please cry play it when it comes out. We will all be grateful and get a satisfying ending.
The ending brings you back to reality, buy you want to fight it and want the story to continue.
holy shit i just got that xD, but wait does that mean its reza at the end to? since at the end she warned her dad that wasnt him o.o
Damn... Hearing Cry's confused and angered voice the entire episode.. the feels :(
It really broke my heart in the beginning when I realized... that whole mission... ended up being for nothing... Reza... most likely dead... April.. dead. Faith... dead.
I love how cry raged about the cliff-hanger xo
:( I'm not one to cry but Wonkers obliviousness to the situation and how Zoe never played with him made tears stream down my eyes so fast!
Cry, thank you I enjoyed the added comments you had. I came here looking for answers and only got more questions. I am caught up with DFC book 2. Still many questions.
