Finally, a build that works without uber uniques. I am still trying to get a couple of aspects, and the rolls on my gear are not even close to being optimal. I was using an arc slash build previously, had used fire wall, ice shards, and ball lighting before. All build found on either maxroll or mobalytics with slight changes due to my gear. This one beats them all, by far. Druid is my main and I got bored with it so I rerolled a sorc. Your build pushed me from struggling in NM 50's to easily completing up to 74. Keep in mind I do not the proper gear required (I have most of it). My damage is far far below what is shown here, usually in the 120-150k range. But that's enough to kill everything up to Duriel. Haven't tried Duriel yet. Thank you so much for the build!
If you have the two key aspects of ice spikes + the blizzard ice spike aspect damage is above 90% of the max value + 2 mana cost reduction stats + concentration aspect + ancient flame aspect, it could be worthy to try.
Starless Skies is God Tier now after the update in S3. It is better than using a Concentration Aspect Ring. We get 40%(x) damage buff and 40% mana cost reduction to cast infinite blizzards. I recommend using the Unique Tal Rasha Ring over Melted Heart for damage. If you find surviving in high Tier nightmare dungeon challenging, it could be worthy using the Melted Heart until you get perfect defensive gear on Chest Armor and Pants.

Yup, Ring of Starless Skies will work better than a Concentration Aspect Ring. Definitely use it if you got one. This build aims at using non-ubers and unleash max potentials.
is there a reason why some of your gear in this video does not match what you put in the planner? i would assume your showcasing the final build with the right gear?
The planner has the best setup. I don’t always get the perfect 4 stats on all of the gear pieces. The different stats in the video are OK alternatives. All fights are recorded using the video gear. If you have the planner gear, the experience will be better.
To cast infinite Blizzards, I recommend having 20%+ Mana Cost Reduction stat on Amulet. It is the number 1 priority on amulet. Plus +3 stats of Mana Cost Reduction or Resource Generation combined. And a Concentration Aspect + Pet Resource Support Stone.

There are 2 versions of this build. One with Ice Armor to be tankier for T100 and one with Flame Shield optimized for boss fights.
