HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 4 июл 2021
- This dive took on July 3rd in the lower harbor here in Marquette. We're gathering tires to be removed during our next underwater cleanup on July 31st. There are aprox 100 more that we've identified in this area.
To date we've removed over 8 tons of tires and trash from the harbor but as you can see, we have a lot more to remove. Message me if you want to come and help out.

Look like an old collection plate from church . Thank you all for cleaning up that forgotten place . !!
I'm pretty sure it was a hubcap. Check out :55 you can see the little tabs that hold it on the rim.
And yeah, glad to do my part cleaning up our little corner of the planet.
Good to see you blowing bubbles again
I've been diving a fare bit. Just haven't sat down in front of the computer. I'll try to do that more!
Great job gang. Enjoyed the vid. Miss the sounds of being under!!
You're a former diver then? Glad to help keep the water clean.
Nice work looks like a nice harbour
There's lots to see here. If you ever make to the Great Lakes, look me up.
Will do thanks
Hey, I recognize that refrigerator!
At least there wasn't a body in there.
I'd like to know some about the divers. What sort of gear they prefer to use such as BCD, fins, mask, wet suit etc.
I like that idea and I've wanted to do something like that for some time. Just not sure how to go about it. Baby steps, you know.
I believe it was a Kaiser hubcap.
Nice. Looks Ike it came from. A 52~53 Kaiser
@@DonFassbender thanks for the spell check👍
Thank you for sending me in the right direction.
Don you should start up with a company that recycles old tires. Sounds like you would make a fortune!
Do businesses actually pay for old tires? I'm definitely down for that 👌
@@DonFassbender There are companies out there that grind up old tires and make running tracks and other stuff out of them. Just a thought.
@@yooperlife2743 Cool idea, thanks. I'll google around. See you in a couple weeks?
@@DonFassbender It has me thinking about it now. See ya soon.
@@yooperlife2743 Sounds good, brother 👍
Don, wanted to talk to you regarding a diving topic. I don’t have a Facebook anymore and that’s how we conversed previously. Any other way I can contact you?
