Danielson should win, and I would argue that he should have been champ by now and if he had been the gap between WWE and AEW may have been smaller. I would argue that refusing to step up so you can roll about in the mid card is kinda the opposite of selfless. Bryan Danielson is on my Mount Rushmore and I think the AEW championship needs his name on it before he retires, I think putting Swerve over In Washington is the way forward with Hangman maybe costing swerve at all in? Either way I’m going to be there and Can’t wait!
Kenny Omega would be the best surprise to win the Casino match, if he is cleared to come back. Giving us the rematch we never saw against Danielson (if he also wins). Moxley/Swerve is another good possibility, with Mox trying to avenge for his BCC buddy (he is also one of the few top guys who Swerve hasn't beaten yet).
I think Kenny Omega will return in the gauntlet and Danielson will win the title and retire after one last match loosing to Kenny Omega at All Out. Then we can do Darby vs Omega at Grand Slam and Darby can get his moment and win the gold. Maybe then you can have Hangman win that belt because he is an established heel after all.

The biggest issue with Jack v Darby is that Jack has to win to try and provide some validity to his reign but if Darby loses then you would have to question why he retains a shot at the world title or how he could have a chance of winning that match if he can't even beat Jack Perry

Will should lose via DC turning on him and joining MJF, unless Ospreay is like Bret Hart and cant lose in his own country. This makes the most sense and it makes Ospreay a sympathetic character and Max will get nuclear heat from it. Additionally, the goal should be Ospreay to be world champion in 4-8 months. They can make a great story here with the 2 best guys in the company, or they can give him a silly little moment and make this feud look like it was hastily put together.

Also gives you Danielson's first title defence to kick off his retirement run where he's done when he looses the title

Then the double team occurs post match then Jaime Hayter makes her HUGE return. Tag matches till All Out then Jaime Hayter turns on Brit Baker creating one of the most dominant Womens factions ever.
