This is very interesting. I’ve been going through a depression for a long time that came to a head over the summer, which caused me to say I have to stop and start building towards a healthy and happy life, even if it’s too late for me. I had this question “will I survive?” Meaning will I make it to old age, not succumb to depression etc, and picked the red crystal for some reason even tho I had a fear red means no, but I chose it anyway. I can’t believe it turned out to be a yes! Thank goodness lol. And the catch being that I have to step outside of my comfort zone to do it. This is very interesting. I’ve been going through a depression for a long time that came to a head over the summer, which caused me to say I have to stop and start building towards a healthy and happy life, even if it’s too late for me. I had this question “will I survive?” Meaning will I make it to old age, not succumb to depression etc, and picked the red crystal for some reason even tho I had a fear red means no, but I chose it anyway. I can’t believe it turned out to be a yes! Thank goodness lol. And the catch being that I have to step outside of my comfort zone to do it. I have felt that the only way to get out of this depression is to do all the things I have never done, tell close people what my struggles are and that I need help, enroll in therapy, be positive even if the outer reality doesn’t show anything positive right now, show more self love, etc which has all been scary, but I am seeing it will be what keeps me out of that depression. Also the detail thing…I have always heard in LOA circles to be specific about what you want, and I never trusted it because I didn’t wanna be disappointed…but I think my next step / self-challenge is to be more specific about goals and things I want for my life…thank you!
