Not gonna lie, the twist was actually legit unexpected.
Idk who had the bright idea to make everyone so talkative. Tales series do talk during combat but not this much, they just yell out the names of the skills which is easier to tolerate than having a full dialogue every 5 seconds. Is there an option to turn it off?
It also undercuts the fight.
Assumedly a boss fight with a dragon on a stormy night should feel tense, or epic. Having shitty dialogue between two hipsters who sound like they are trying to figure out their starbucks order... is going against this

At least characters in Tales games tend to have likeable personalities. This game is just a pile of cringe.

I loved every moment I experienced im playing it a 2nd time gaining the powers being able to traverse the world more easier catching all the tanta cats

great boss fights crap story copy and paste events not worth full price buy this game at 20$ or less in the future main character is extremely unlikable and never changes the irony of her telling cuff to take responsibility for his actions while she never grows as a character at all she shoulda woke up alone at the end with how much she treated everyone in the world like crap.
Great game, beautiful 4k, feel bad for all the people who passed on this because they're looking for AAA titles only, and they bought into the demo hate. 💯

I think the story isn't bad but the luminous engine is pure sh¡t and didn't help the game. Too bad that Square Enix didn't saw that and they will probably kill Luminous Productions.
The dialogue is somewhat cringy but if the animations were ok that could have been a less important aspect, the characters seems to have botox, the world is empty and even the buildings texture is trash. Ella Ballinska is a beauty and didn't deserved this.
