It's really nice to see. I don't get why people worry so much about dieting, weight watching, body fat % and all that such. Like wanting to control those things and be fit is fine and people can do what they want with their lives, but I feel that letting it consume your whole life to the point where your whole personality is just "get fit, work out, lose weight" is just crazy to me, and I see so many people who are just constantly counting calories endlessly when they could instead be enjoying a walk in the park or something. I personally think that everyone should be able to feel happy in their own skin and shouldn't worry about changing themselves to fit what others deem acceptable. I'm not a woman myself so I can't speak from experience, but I feel like society puts an unhealthy amount of pressure on them to fit into the accepted beauty standards (being slim, lots of makeup, etc.). Men aren't spared either, since all those muscly sigma grindset influencers exist. Like I have to be some alpha male musclehead to be a man? If you think about it the only thing that really defines who you are is your DNA. Sorry for rambling on and on, but I just think it's crazy that more people don't think that our society's emphasis on being fit and beautiful is kinda weird and overbearing.

I had some friends into fashion and style give me some resale shops to take her to to actually get real nice more adult brand high fashion clothes for the same money and I think it worked.. she didn't get caught in that social approval pitfall. I created a monster though because I'm dead broke saving for her designer ass destination wedding lol

Honestly, I really appreciate this. When I was in hs, I was in club swimming and club waterpolo year round and was really competitive. I hid my body bc I had more muscle than any guy on campus except the one guy who was at the same practices I had. I have always felt fat even when I had muscle and to see this woman who definitely works out, it helps me reflect on my own body image.
