As a morbidly obese guy, I'm disgusted when I look in the mirror. Doesn't mean I hate myself, doesn't mean I don't have value as a human being, it means I simply have a visceral reaction that's beyond my control. Really appreciate these videos, Greg, because I desperately want to NOT be one of these professional victims. I'm more motivated than last time.
My grandmother died at age 89. She ate anything she wanted, was overweight but could walk 9 miles on farm at age 75-80s. When we visited her, we would pick her up 8 miles away from home. She would carry also her stuff in a bag under the sun. How much she weighted? We were 4 guys in the grave taking her down from up. That's how much she was heavy. What is your logic here?
I'm not disgusted by fat people if they are making an honest attempt at fixing their habits, however I find it absolutely disgusting when people know they have a weight problem but would rather complain about it or even advocate for body positivity rather than doing something about it
The worst is when your partners friends try to convince them they’re fine killing themselves and I have to look like the bad guy because I actually care about their future. It’s taken a couple years to get her to start eating healthier and going back to the gym, but I didn’t do that by calling her “a fat POS”. I’ll love her either way but I want her to NOT DIE
I think the term “fat” is used loosely. As someone who is overweight by bmi standards (not obese), i am honestly happy in my body. I’m a size 4/6. My clothes fit great. I don’t have abs but i have defined obliques and hips. I work out 3-5 days a week, and i work a desk job. I like being able to eat what i want in moderation as i do have to watch what i eat to maintain my size. But if i wanted to get to a “healthy” weight I’d have to lose 15 pounds. Which would require me to either workout an extra hour a day or to cut my calories to around 1200. I’ve done it before and was tired all the time. My hair was thinning out. I have defined facial features so at a lower weight they became even more defined and i was being compared to Michael Jackson. I just don’t think everyone is meant to be at the bmi standard weight.
@@WarmSun_MGMBmi is not a good representation of your health, too general even though every body is different. Good for you for being happy with your current size
Best way to lose body fat is eat a lot of lean meat & vegetables everyday for several months straight it's that simple. It works, because I've done it.
I watched this whole show and i loved it. I am glad you guys didn’t sugar coated it for the other side. If anything they needed this harsh shake. I lived overweight for about a decade and nothing helped me like tough love and harsh words. This was great help for a lot of people.
@@Levariatineno way! Everybody deserves respect, they loose the common respect if they do something. But everybody should respect everybody. Now, if a person does something that makes you loose the respect you had for them, then they have to EARN IT. Completely different and nonsensical to not respect people just because they don’t live the way YOU see fit.
I think the point is that when you feel compassion it overrides disgust, compassion is empathy, feeling you would be so miserable to be in their place, and disgust comes from judging from outside, not being able to imagine that you could ever be in their place
He’s talking about the biological reaction. You can be disgusted and empathetic at the same time. When I see a fat person, my brain goes “Wtf, that’s not healthy!” and I’m disgusted. Not in my control. That’s doesn’t mean I don’t feel for those people.
Well, by that logic it's understandable to feel disgust when you see a huge bodybuilder on steroids that will probably die young. We are social beings and we are learned in whatever society we are brought up in, from a young age what is attractive or not. In many societies being fat is a sign of having a lot of money/resources, and therefore attractive. Is it healthy? No. But being a bodybuilder on steroids is not healthy either. Yet, I personally find that kind of body aesthetic.
I think that was the point. We can't really help what we have a visceral, disgusted reaction to but we should examine exactly why we react the way we do. A lot of times disgust comes from a place of concern and sometimes just not comprehending how a person got themselves into such a situation (morbid obesity, drug addicts, etc).
One takes a ton of hard work and the other doesn’t. For the sake of arguement, let’s say being morbidly obese and crazy muscular are both equally unhealthy. Part of that disgust comes from the sheer laziness and gluttonous nature of the obese person.
I don’t feel disgusted, or bad for obese people. Don’t really give af about what other people look like. I only care what I do with my body. With that said, I’d be disgusted with myself if I was fat. Add on, I worked out for years and still was overweight because my diet was absolute garbage! I had no idea how important diet truly was for many years. After fixing my diet, I went from 235lbs (28% body fat) down to 165lbs (7.5%) body fat because I was disgusted with how I looked.
@@NeverTrustGovrnmentOrGlobalist Says who? You? Everyone’s genetics are different. If you’re comfortable being 15% fine. Please don’t tell me what’s good for ME and what’s not.
I'm glad there seems to be very little audience overlap between Coach Greg and Fresh & Fit despite their opinion on this topic being somewhat aligned. Fresh & Fit are nothing but misogynistic grifter reactionaries
I was fat my whole life up until 25 years old, I hated myself and was DISGUSTED by my body the entire time. All this body positivity, "I'm fine just the way I am", "this is just my natural size", is absolute garbage, it's all a lie. Not a single obese person looks at their body and is happy with it, they'll lie about it until the end of time, but that's the reality. Yes, I can empathise with how people end up this way. I was born into a drug addict family and abused daily until I was in my late teens, eating was one way of coping. Doesn't matter, the outcome of being obese is still disgusting. And eventually I was able to fix it and now at age 31 I'm extremely fit and lean and it's the best thing I ever did. Disgust is the only rational response, if you don't feel disgusted by obesity, something is wrong with you, and as a society we should stop trying to make it acceptable. It's like saying "why are you scared of snakes?" or "why are you afraid of heights?" Probably because humans are naturally scared of things that can potentially kill them. Disgust is no different. It's an automatic response. We're disgusted by filth, by extreme laziness, by gluttony. We literally evolved this way because for thousands of years we had to avoid these things to survive.
Anyone surprised by Greg doesn't know Greg. Myron was just an idiot. Greg coaches people he is used to being honest but not "rude" to clients he coaches. Also being disgusted by fat is natural and it was clear Greg was definitely thinking of extreme cases where peoples lives are in danger.

Tolerance implies in itself feeling disgust. Tolerance means that you keep up with something disturbing without doing anything about it. It has to do with letting it be, when tjat IT exists. So, feelimg fisgust without being abusive is a sign of tolerance.

Funnily enough, I feel more disgust towards Mirons opinions on this 😂 I don't feel disgusted towards overweight people. Concerned? yes. Questioning their decisions? Yes. But not disgust.
I think the problem is that 'disgust' has both aesthetic and ethical usages. When you're talking about disgust towards Miron's opinion, that's an ethical usage, when Greg is talking about disgust towards morbid obesity, that's an aesthetic usage. I think Jubilee intentionally baited conflict by framing the conversation ambiguously like that. If they had just asked if anyone felt an 800lb person was very unattractive because of their 650lbs of excess skin and fat, it wouldn't seem nearly as contentious. But when you hear someone say 'disgust', but you don't want to ethically condemn obesity even if you find it very unattractive, it suddenly becomes controversial.
Fkn cry babies. He ruined the whole video yet you watched the whole video. Cry and have your cake right? Myron was direct and yeah , we should bring shaming back cuz y'all sensitive as fk
Real question Greg. Did anybody at this DISGUST you? Looking at both sides, the only thing I found disgusting was the one guys attitude. Acting like Andrew Tate. Heck, the plus sized model looked good! Had his fashion and hygiene down to a T! I think obesity itself is disgusting, but I'm not sure I've ever actually been disgusted by someone who was obese.
andrew tate is likeable at least… myrion is too aggressive and it seems personal to him when tate attacks ideas, he says it in a joking way and its fucking hilarious. You know hes serious and not joking when he says it quietly and calmly
I actually started to read the anabolic cookbook during cardio a few days ago. It was a little slow in the beginning, but I can’t wait to read how it ends. Thanks Greg👍
What surprises me is when people who have been living over weight for many years think that they can't lose weight. They've tried dieting and exercise for a month or two and then give up because they didn't get the results they wanted. They need to realize that it's going to take them years possibly to get to the body they want.

I have all the childhood traumas. In 2015, i was diagnosed with weight induced kidney disease. I was like 340/350. Had a baby a year before. I lost 100 pounds in about 6 months. Running and a crappy diet. Got into an abusive relationship, had 5 kids in 4 years. 3, which died from premature birth. Last baby, was a c-section at 28 weeks. I am 3 years out from that period of my life. Im finally mentally ok to work on myself. Being disgusted by a body that is overweight is completely normal. I am, even by my own body. Learned that when i lost 100lbs. Im 297 right now, watching this on a treadmill. If anyone is offended by what you have said. Its because they identify with what you have said. I am literally the demographic you are talking about. But im not offended. Between you and Michelle Mcdaniel. Im working on being more active, not binge eating, and fixing my lifestyle.

I dont feel atracted to fat bodies.. but disgusted? I dont care about fat people enough to be disgusted. They are just fat people.. why would I feel some way about their body.. I dont care about skinny bodies either. I only feel positive towards athletic/jacked bodies but I pretty much ignore others. Is that so rare?
How do you say they’re “fit shaming” but Myron was fat shaming & it was deemed okay? That doesn’t make sense I don’t agree with shaming a person when they’re at their lowest. That doesn’t motivate someone to change that leads to toxic behaviors & mindsets. I had to reach my own awakening and I changed.
It should all be one and the same. Body shaming. People shame instead of acting with compassion and providing real solutions because it’s an emotional easy response. Being too skinny or too fat feels bad when people shame you for it without offering real help on how to change.
@@Jaheguru I found that change on my own though. You can't expect everyone to be like that. This world is harsh and a lot of people die for others selfishness.
I will say Myron needs to work on having more empathy but yeah I agree with him if you let yourself get very obese 400lb or more it’s like we’re do you draw the line ?? It’s just laziness at that point to let yourself get that fat and do nothing about it cmon
The weird thing is, what used to be overweight back in the day is considered pretty normal nowadays. I remember my neighbour from ca. 4 decades ago being literally morbidly obese, but when I saw some old pictures I was shocked, because it wouldn't even be considered really overweight now, just 'chubby' (i.e. regarding the general public). 🤔
Even I was shocked when Myron said that he'd round up all fat people into concentration camps forcing them to diet/exercise. 😂 The problem with this way of thinkng is that you're not solving the root underlying cause on an individual level. Even if they lost weight doing that, they'd gain it all back and then some when left to their own devices. This is why we have more of a keeping the weight off problem vs a weight loss problem. People need to conquer their underlying issues that make them use food as a coping mechanism.
Hey greg , big fan here , i was once obese and lost my weight exactly following every one of your advice , the thing is I know how being fat affected my mental health , how people treat you differs and worsens, I had that victim mentality as you said , but what I have noticed is that being honest and telling those people they are lazy or they don't have discipline doesn't work on them , it even puts them further in victim mentality. And another thing is rather than telling those people this is disgusting so u have to reduce wait , I say tell me to love their body even if they are fat and because u love it u have to take care of it by reducing the weight . Y am saying this it develops this toxic relationship with their body and they hate themselves for it and it takes a big toll on their mental health .
I agree with Coach Greg! I am 5’10” , 35 years old, and was 340lbs approximately 1 yr ago. I am an icu nurse and I would come back home after each 12-14hr shift with lower back pain, knee pain, and chronic fatigue. Worse than all the physical pain- i was always self-conscious because my scrubs would never fit right and I was always out of breath in a code blue situation. Long story short, i went on a low(er) carb diet, upped my protein intake, replaced eating junk cafeteria food with RTD protein shakes or CICO protein bars (not a plug. I actually came across them from a protein bar review from Dr. Mike’s videos), started working out 3-4 times a week (1hr of circuit training with 45 mins of treadmill after), and now I am 250lbs. My target goal is 185-190lbs. I still have work to do, but I have more self confidence, more energy, my scrubs fit better, my resting HR went down from the upper 90s to the mid 50s. Physical pain aside, me not beating myself up internally for being morbidly obese is well worth the journey. Take it from a still obese person on a weight loss journey- fat positivity/body positivity is a sham that overweight people tell themselves to make themselves feel better. It’s like a IG filter. At the end of the day, you still feel like crap internally.
Thing that bothered me was how little pushback there was to his concentration camp comment from most people. I would’ve thought you would speak up against that but you didn’t, and you didn’t acknowledge it in this video. Not hating, just a bit of a let down because honesty is more than just not lying. It’s also speaking up.
I agree with the message it's the lack of respect to fellow human beings that i don't agree with. It's also a matter of self-respect to be able to express and prove your point without insulting others.
I moved homes and was over stressed. I’ve been on an 8 day food binger and exercised every day (cardio and weights) and still gained 12 pounds (some water I’m sure) (5000+ calories for 8 days approximately) (159 to 171 pounds) Time to get back to watching coach greg and get back to the diet, harder than last time.
I feel disgusted when I see a body builder abusing peds. I am with being healthy and normal, not obese or unhealthily jacked. AND I'm with the people who want to change!

The fking trauma excuse is getting sooooo tired. Its like the default excuse for 99% of people who over eat. I recently broke up with a girl who always talked about how she wanted to lose weight but "struggled" to lose weight even though she had all the tools and knowledge that it took to lose weight. She was too lazy or always made an excuse for why she couldn't put it into application or practice. Same excuses every time and I couldn't take it anymore, couldn't play along with her cherade anymore. I finally realized how badly in denial she was and that until she snaps out of that denial, it wasn't worth sticking around. It goes beyond her just losing weight or not. It was a reflection of her actual personality and character. Not disciplined, no self control, in denial, and always making excuses instead of taking ownwership. Yeaaaaa thanks but no thanks.
When did the word excuse become such a bad thing? There are excusable things, as in, there are things we cannot hold someone accountable for. I have known people to lose a lot of fat, not on account of any exercise of willpower, or discipline, but solely due to a reduction in appetite due to transient stressors like the death of a parent. Did I laud these people for their slim figure... no, no more than I would congratulate a lottery winner for their wealth. Likewise, there are people on the other end, that just eat more when they're distressed. I'm a glutton instinctively, so when under pressure and I make more impulsive decisions, I eat, a lot! Did I think gaining fat was a good thing? I wasn't proud as much as I was disgusted by my own body. But did that mean I thought it was my fault, or some fault of character or personality? Never. Because once the stress passed, I again, instinctively dieted and exercised.
Let me reframe this. In theory, someone who has problems with alcoholism have all the tools at their disposal to change and yet, alcoholism is still incredibly difficult to overcome. We can argue that someone who has trouble quitting an addiction is lazy because they make excuses for their behavior, and yet somehow, shaming an alcoholic or drug addict is not what helps them change. While I know some people are resistant to calling weight loss an addiction, anything can be an addiction if your relationship with it isn't healthy. We all respond to trauma in different ways, and while trauma is not an acceptable excuse to treat your body like trash, you get a lot farther with radical forgiveness for yourself and slowly changing your habits over time than acting like the trauma you've experienced isn't valid, because it is. I don't think its fair to say that a person has a lack of character because of this struggle. Weight gain is not a moral failing but just a change in body composition.
@@crushitkelley This is a sensible way of framing the problem. Though I do believe there are people that can rightfully be critisized for being fat, Piers Morgan (fuck that guy) being someone who literally has the money to buy the best food, hire a fucking chef to cook him the food, access to the best PT money can buy. He could AFFORD to hire SOMEONE TO FOLLOW HIM AROUND ALL DAY AND TELL HIM OFF FOR EATING. Access to some of the greatest athletes, access to some of the greatest coaches, and nevertheless... is still fat! How?!
@@nasimmrito1007I'ma be honest not being fat is hard in the U.S but in almost all first world countries in general. Especially because of stuff like food deserts and convenience. @@crushitkelley a lot, they have their own tv shows, they are “plus” size models, they’re body positivity claiming is perfectly healthy to be this weight while the blood sample shows high cholesterol, prone to heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and less years to live than the average human being.
@@GodGotGame Couldn't the same thing be said for regular size models that have to maintain a less than healthy weight and body fat percentage to be acceptable in the fashion industry (I'd argue that in an extreme in both directions is not good). I also don't think the existence of these shows proves that they "claim they're perfectly healthy", because these shows attempt to show someone's real experience, and being fat, well that is part of their life. It's not necessarily a glorification of obesity or ignorance of their own health markers.
I have experience with someone very close to me who “struggles” with morbid obesity. The quotes are there because this person knows full well what has caused this and as far as solutions go is completely averse to any of them. It can be one of the most difficult issues to help someone with, in my opinion. Not only is there the addictive/bad habits galore issue but now it’s also tied to something literally everyone needs.. food.. Also fighting against the “healthy at any size” misinformation. compassion and understanding can help, tough love can also help but the individual has to want to change or nothing will work.
My favorite part of that whole thing was how shook Myron was anytime someone called him on his BS. "All the fat influencers" and then dude was like "I'm in that space, please name all the ones that are doing that" and Myron was just like "Uhhh...uhhh...well I don't recall names, but they do it" and then changes the subject. Typical guy that just mouths off with no facts or intelligence to back up anything that he says. What a clown, lol. Bro also rolled him calling him out for being small AF compared to the other guys, you could tell that one hurt him bad and it was great. One thing I took away from that show was your lack of empathy. At least Janicky seems to understand and be able to relate to both sides of the issue. He came off looking real good there and was glad he even came back at you on a few of your own biased points. I'm not disgusted by other people because I honestly could care less what they are doing with their life, it's none of my business.

I’m not disgusted by overweight people. I’m disgusted by 600lb people because that’s not just overweight or obese that is more than dangerous. I am morbidly obese at 250lbs. No one ever has judged me because it sits well on my body luckily. Imagine you saying this to someone who is trying to hit the gym and now they’re going to see people who have an amazing physique and think “they’re disgusted by me” and now it’s harder for them to stay consistent in the gym. L take my man.
I watched the whole Jubilee video and immediately looked for any of the guests' reactions including yours. It's really in the understanding of what "disgust" means. I really respect your honesty, coach Greg. 😎 For me, it really is very easy to lose weight. I just have to recognize cravings from hunger and not eat when I'm truly not hungry. Move more. Follow exercises on youtube. Sleep well. That's it. Because I find that when I sleep less, my body compensates by making me hungry and eat a lot then I get fat. But even back then when I first lost a lot of weight, all I did was sleep well, eat less junk/processed food and jump rope within 1 hr every other day. 😅 (disclaimer, though, I was never obese, only overweight. But I recognize that that's not healthy so I do something about it)
Watched the whole episode yesterday. Myron was just looking for content.. other than that, it was entertaining. You giving them all your cookbook sounds like a great idea. Maybe you can reach out to them and send then a copy to help them. Could be an interesting video to see how it changes their perspective once they try it. 😊
Coach Greg, I would love to see you react to just Myron's thoughts on this video. I feel like despite your guys similar thought processes, I gravitate towards your attitude and education on fitness and obesity, where as Myron (despite being right about most things here) turns me and the majority of other people even in the fitness industry off completely because a ton of reasons in that video.
'This is a first world country' argument is laughable when in every street corner processed food is being sold with zero nutrional value . People are walking around with undiagnosed fatty liver disease , diabetes or even inflammation and struggling to burn fat. Not to mention that eating healthy is twice as expensive than eating junk food. Just saying...
Myron had no room in talking about people being overweight when the dude is the size of my calf. There’s no way he did a “bulk”, more than likely he gained 10 lbs thought it was all fat and cut down again.
i appreciate your stance. and myron's stance on the matter. i do disagree that you can be disgusted but still "like" those people you may not be mean to them. You may respect them. But being disgusted and liking them is not something i think can coexist
I'm now 67 years old. 6 months ago I worked with a guy that was 24. He weighed 380 pounds. Morbidly obese. I weighed 158. He saw me right after I came from the gym. He said, "Oh....you're one of those?" I asked, "One of what?" Him: "You go to the gym?" I said, "Yes". He said, " I don't get it, you work out for what? To live 10 extra years?" I said, "You're looking at it backwards.. I'm not getting 10 extra years. I'm keeping them. You're losing 10 years." He said, " Well I don't want to be old and decrepit, and not be able to function normally". I asked, "How old is old?" He said, "Over 60". I said, "I'm 66, do I look old and decrepit?" Then I said, let's go to the cafeteria and talk. We proceeded to the elevator lobby, and I started walking up the stairs. He asked, "What are you doing?" I said, "I'm going up to the cafeteria". He said, "I can't walk up 6 flights". I said, "Well this 66 year old, decrepit guy is going to walk up, I'll see you there." And I walked up the stairs. To me, this isn't about "looks", it's about life.

Yup
I think the point is that when you feel compassion it overrides disgust, compassion is empathy, feeling you would be so miserable to be in their place, and disgust comes from judging from outside, not being able to imagine that you could ever be in their place
This.
Yes. But that was not the question.

He actually was wrong on many levels. The dude literally said depression is a healthy reaction 😂

Tolerance implies in itself feeling disgust. Tolerance means that you keep up with something disturbing without doing anything about it. It has to do with letting it be, when tjat IT exists. So, feelimg fisgust without being abusive is a sign of tolerance.

Funnily enough, I feel more disgust towards Mirons opinions on this 😂
I don't feel disgusted towards overweight people. Concerned?

How do you say they’re “fit shaming” but Myron was fat shaming & it was deemed okay? That doesn’t make sense
I don’t agree with shaming a person when they’re at their lowest. That doesn’t motivate someone to change that leads to toxic behaviors & mindsets. I had to reach my own awakening and I changed.
It motivated me to become better, what you want think they do in the army?
It should all be one and the same. Body shaming. People shame instead of acting with compassion and providing real solutions because it’s an emotional easy response. Being too skinny or too fat feels bad when people shame you for it without offering real help on how to change.
At that point you just have a weak mindset. As a man, you should be able to take that shaming and use it as motivation to improve. Not get worse
@@Jaheguru I found that change on my own though. You can't expect everyone to be like that. This world is harsh and a lot of people die for others selfishness.

The weird thing is, what used to be overweight back in the day is considered pretty normal nowadays.

Totally agree with you Coach, you are so inspiring🙏🏻♥️
Even I was shocked when Myron said that he'd round up all fat people into concentration camps forcing them to diet/exercise. 😂
The problem with this way of thinkng is that you're not solving the root underlying cause on an individual level.

The quotes are there because this person knows full well what has caused this and as far as solutions go is completely averse to any of them. Not only is there the addictive/bad habits galore issue but now it’s also tied to something literally everyone needs.. food.. Also fighting against the “healthy at any size” misinformation. compassion and understanding can help, tough love can also help but the individual has to want to change or nothing will work.

L take my man.
oh boi, I was waiting for this video, myron is a certain kind of Cookbook tho.
I watched the whole Jubilee video and immediately looked for any of the guests' reactions including yours.
It's really in the understanding of what "disgust" means. I really respect your honesty, coach Greg. 😎
For me, it really is very easy to lose weight.
(disclaimer, though, I was never obese, only overweight. But I recognize that that's not healthy so I do something about it)
Myron and Greg are correct. Both had different tact.
I agree, Myron was trolling, but it seemed like Greg was actually listening (even if I didn't agree with everything he said).
I'm more disgusted by grifters & cowardly people who roll over to very bad people with evil agendas.
Is grifter the new buzzword all the cool kids have adopted?
Myron setting men back again
by telling them to not be fat?
Greg is keeping Jubilee harder than last time by not sharing his “Cook book” during his episode 😂
9:48 you said, "You know how difficult it is to lose weight when eating from this book? Harder than last time. " 😂 lmao
Myron had no room in talking about people being overweight when the dude is the size of my calf. There’s no way he did a “bulk”, more than likely he gained 10 lbs thought it was all fat and cut down again.
Oh you fat. 🤣
You are extremely fat
Coach Greg and Myron teaming up on fat people harder than last time, I like it.
i appreciate your stance. and myron's stance on the matter. i do disagree that you can be disgusted but still "like" those people you may not be mean to them. You may respect them. But being disgusted and liking them is not something i think can coexist
gregs constant ads/plugs throughout the video is definitely one of the best parts about his vids for me😂
People in the comments might be hating on myron but he was talking some truth ngl
Facts
Honestly who cares if someone is fat
People who are actually empathetic.
Yeah! Forget public health and collective moral enforcement of physical health! (sarcasm)
@@demonlemon6454 is it empathetic to PUBLICLY say fat people disgust you?
@Adeptus_Mechanicus I genuinely don't care if people don't take their health seriously. It's not my life and it's not my problem.

Speaking Facts Harder than Last Time!
I'm now 67 years old. 6 months ago I worked with a guy that was 24. He weighed 380 pounds. Morbidly obese. I weighed 158. He saw me right after I came from the gym.
He said, "Oh....you're one of those?"
I asked, "One of what?"
Him: "You go to the gym?"
I said, "Yes".
He said, " I don't get it, you work out for what? To live 10 extra years?"
I said, "You're looking at it backwards.. I'm not getting 10 extra years. I'm keeping them. You're losing 10 years."
He said, " Well I don't want to be old and decrepit, and not be able to function normally".
I asked, "How old is old?"
He said, "Over 60".
I said, "I'm 66, do I look old and decrepit?"
Then I said, let's go to the cafeteria and talk.
We proceeded to the elevator lobby, and I started walking up the stairs.
He asked, "What are you doing?"
I said, "I'm going up to the cafeteria".
He said, "I can't walk up 6 flights".
I said, "Well this 66 year old, decrepit guy is going to walk up, I'll see you there."
And I walked up the stairs.
To me, this isn't about "looks", it's about life.
Yeah but do you look old ? And did you ever talk to this obese guy?
