king fowley of deceased here. doomstone never had an arghoslent member in it. john who went on to play in g.b.k joined as a live player when dennis moved to oklahoma on guitar. when dennis moved back we kept john on guitar too.
Hey buddy, i love your videos keep doing what you do! Over the past few years ive garnered so many albums to listen to its hard to keep track of it all, how do you do it? How do you remember everything?
I remember listening top Doomstone a while ago due to being on a big Deceased binge, and being really confused by how people seemed to be reacting to it. I never understood the hate coming towards it, especially from Metal Archives. Of course, this was before I realized that all Metal Archives reviewers are fudge packers. I really liked the weird mixes between Trouble and Saint Vitus-type doom and over-the-top black metal. On the subject of over-the-top (keeping it up with the smooth transitions), what do you think of the band Hemdale? I don't think there's too many other bands that sound like them, and they straddle the line between brutal death metal and goregrind in a way that I find very cool. Great work as always!
Never got around to Satanavoid (clips here sound great though, I'll have to check it in full at some point), but Those Whom Satan Hath Joined is a great record. Lots of great Sabbath-esque stuff on that one. A rather weird band, much like Deceased, and certainly not meaning this as an insult either.
Hey have you made a video on the groove-death metal band Berserkr yet?,They’re one of the older resistance records bands and I’m pretty sure they’re in that one banned video game.
Haven't actually heard of them but I'll have to check them out. Your description kinda reminds me of Triskelon and I like both of that band's albums a lot.
@@radiofreeinnsmouth1337 yeah they sound pretty similar,Berserkr takes a much bigger pantera influence than Triskelion or Shutdown and the vocals kinda sound like Batman on the second album.

Gotcha, the information online was a little unclear. I think John did end up playing on the last two Arghoslent albums later on though in the 2000s.
@@radiofreeinnsmouth1337 cheers

I only really knew their split with Exhumed but it's definitely a good one! I think that might've been the first place I ever heard Destruction.

I can see why people don't like the second album, some of the vocals sound like chronos from Venom trying to sing load-era metallica or something 🤣
This is sick as fuck
Jiub ou here missing Toriyama
