- I hope you will enjoy this short video of the start and first ride for Ronnie's 1966 Ducati Sebring 350 Specialé start up & first ride! It has a hotter race cam, higher-compression piston, new valves, etc. The fuel tank is originally off a Suzuki A100 (Gofer), the seat base is from VanTech, and the front fairing is from XMT Moto.
Stay tuned for more on these amazing builds when Ronnie and George visit the cul-de-sac!

The quality of that restoration seems to be second to none. Well done!
Many thanks for your kind note, Mick. Hope all is well. Cheers, Mike
Yeah!!! It's alive! Can't wait to ride around with that bike.
Oh man, the neighborhood must love you hoodlums tearing up and down the road! Beautiful restoration. Love the frame color and matching parts.
😀😀
Absolute pleasure to watch Mike, thank you so much. Well done guys ! Ray 🇬🇧
Many thanks, Ray. Glad you enjoyed this little video of a beautiful motorcycle.
It has been a joy to watch this one coming together!
It’s been incredible, hasn’t it Dan! I can’t get over how perfect it looks
That's a really beautiful and very special bike. Lovely restoration work.
This was 1 of my top 3 bikes at the One Show this year.
Wow, beautiful machine! Very nicely done. Thanks for sharing with us, Mike! 🏍👍
It’s my pleasure! Hoping to see and hear more about the bike in the cul-de-sac one of these days!
My first "street legal" bike was an early sixties Ducati 250, back in the mid-seventies. This video brings back fond memories of many long miles on that bike. What a beautiful restoration. Thanks so much!
My first "street legal" bike was an early 60's Ducati Diana 250 cc...in the early 60's. Didn't know or care then, but I guess I was a trend setter for future sport bikes...big gas tanks, clip on and such. It was a great bike, wish I still had it...
Many thanks for your comment. Best wishes, Mike
Just beautiful! Equally pretty Alfa in the garage as well.
It sure is! Here’s a video of George’s visit to the cul-de-sac in that beautiful Alpha Romeo that you might like to see. Cheers, Mike

Looks and sounds great!
Very sharp looking/running bike. Love the shaft driven cam withe glass lense. Enjoyed the video and RIDE SAFE OUT THERE,MIKE!
Many thanks Henry. Glad you enjoyed the videos. Hope all is well. Best wishes, Mike
So beutiful I would swap my wife for that. Back in the 80s I had a Desmo 900 great to ride Hell in the garage, they were hand made. Shims everywhere and you shim to zero just to do the valves. I hankered after the 450 single, but they are so rare and probably a pig to start. A quick 350 is SO much fun to ride I know as I have a concours RD350LC in the garage.
Hey, Mike, what a wonderful video from this bike! I like the “ gear gazer” for the bevel-drive most… AWESOME! Greetings from northern Germany Manfred
Hello Manfred, how are you. I hope all is well. Yes, I love the little gear gazer too. That is such a cool machine. Best wishes, Mike
Gorgeous, what a beauty, congratulations.
In Jr High a friend had a 350, probably a scrambler. I was mesmerized at the beauty of the thing.
Thanks a lot for your note. Yes, those scramblers are really cool and very desirable these days! Best wishes, Mike
My 450 had a valve lifter and started very well.
It would look great in my Lounge ! Many-hours have gone into that bike , my 11-1 92-mm-stroke SR500 was a work-out to start unless you used the same procedure as a Manx-Norton single , then one 'Manly' kick would make her roar . Great to see you guys getting-up to more bike-mischief , what a lovely-setting to live in . Dave nz
The wee Duke sounds pretty crisp !!
It really does, doesn’t it! Can’t wait to see it on the open country roads! Cheers, Mike
Wonderful. I love the Ducati singles. When are you getting one, Mike?
In my opinion the Ducati singles are the prettiest ever made.
The engines are without compare.
I totally agree. They look like jewelry, don’t they!
Beautiful job - a Green Frame single - Imola ready by the look of it . . . 😊🤍💚
A perfect Motogiro bike. Nice restoration!
Hi Corey! I hope all is well. Glad you enjoyed this video. Best wishes, Mike
What a sweet little Hot Rod even in a stock form. 👍👍
Thanks a lot for your note, Robert. Hoping to see this bike out on the open country roads one of these days. I’ve bet it sounds great with the revs turned up! Cheers, Mike
A lovely looking & sounding machine.
Absolutely wonderful machine. Love the colour scheme. That kick-start routine provides many memories of my 450 Desmo. Get the technique right no problem Get it wrong be prepared for exercise! Yet, once mine was hot it was a doddle to start.
Thanks a lot for your comment. Best wishes, Mike
@ 1:45 I would like the same mayonnaise mill in my kitchen 😉 ! Beautiful machine !😍
😀 that is a nice view, isn’t it! Best wishes, Mike
Better put some bricks in your pocket!LOL
😉😉 yes, I have heard about guys literally standing on their Kickstarter!
I had a 250 Desmo, it was tricky to start because it had tons of compression, the starter was very awkwardly on the left and it could kick back viciously, but, it would start first kick if you got it right.
My brother had a Ducati 350, I’ll have to ask him what the exact model was but it was a 70’s bike. Not the easiest to start ! 🇬🇧
It’s easier to bump start the little buggers. It’s a fragile kick start mechanism so you may as well practice bump starts.😂
Thanks a lot. Yes, the guys were bumped starting it down that hill a few times and it seemed to start very easily. Best wishes, Mike
Ducatiは正常なエンジンコンディションであればアクセルグリップは
キックが下におろし終わる寸前に徐々に開き始めるのがベストです。
