    HUMBA INGREDIENTS:
    1 kilo Pork Belly (cut into serving pieces)
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 medium onion (minced)
    5 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 cup Sprite (lemon soda)
    1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
    1/4 cup banana blossom
    1/4 cup salted black beans (drain)
    3 to 5 pieces bay leaf
    2 piece star anise (optional)
    1 cup water (adjust as needed)
